Thanks for watching the video 🔺Back Pain After Exercise 🥵 Reasons and How To Fix It
Thank you so much for this video. It has been extremely helpful to my current situation. I have been exercising for over three years and only since about one month ago, I started to have lower back pain. I didn’t understand why because it just started without any injury, I tried to Stop exercising but it could not completely go away as soon as I started to exercise again. now I learnt to listen to my body and adjusted the intensity of some of my exercises. Thank you again for the great knowledge shared and for the advice.
Absolutely love this video. Over the years I’ve felt better I start lifting again and then I hurt myself again. But not until using your program have I finally been able to connect to my body more and recognize that I was actually not properly setting my body up before doing the weights. But because I’m so crooked (scoliosis) my hip has to go one way and my spine has to go one way and thought I thought I had my spine straight I didn’t . Thankfully through my chiropractor,, sport massage, and this program I’m finally catapulted my body to next level. And at 52 the past almost 10 years have been an up & down road with healing my body. Now I’m on the uphill and have no intention of allowing my body to go back to the pain I had. The bridge done right like you said is a game changer. Your entire program is a game changer. Thank you
I appreciate reminders of these specific strategies to understand pain better and then to also be reminded of effective strategies to keep moving forward and hopefully little by little out of pain. Thank you!
I'm glad it was helpful! Thank you for being here! 😊
I’m currently recovering from hip labral surgery back in 2023. I have had back, glute and hip pain that seems to be exacerbated by exercise, but never during exercise…only after. I’ve tried multiple variations with no relief.
I have learned from you. THANK YOU.
This is my first video that I have watched. Thank you
Love this! I think not trying again or modifying can quickly lead to the slippery slope of fear avoidance behavior!
Also used this strategy to fix the "popping" in the back during exercises such as dead bug- by the time I graduated, I rarely feel the clicking. I go as far as I can before the click then just ease a little more everyday! Worked like a charm
Absolutely! Making adjustments and asking questions is a great way to overcome exercise-related fears.
That's wonderful to hear! You have a fantastic approach. Taking it one step at a time and consistently working on it will produce the best results. Thanks for sharing your experience with us, and keep up the good work! 😊🙌
Realized these occasions where pain experienced, decided to continue my workout but lessened the intensity. Example, 12 reps @ 30lbs reduced by splitting the reps half, weight half or quarter lower.
It's great that you're tuning in to your body and making adjustments when needed. Thanks for sharing, Terence! 😊
Super helpful! You’re wonderful.
Incredible information! Thank you!
Great explanation thank you!
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the tip, Karen! Your kindness and support mean a lot to us. 🙏
Thank youuu ❤
I’m having pain in my upper back what can I do should I still push myself and workout that hard
If sitting on my sits bones on a hard chair causes sharp pain on the side that is always painful, is adding a bit of padding a way to ease back from the intensity or will adding padding work against my progress?

Iam from India sir.
What is mri say sir?
I having pain in two leg. My pain increasing standing walking and forward bending sir
Thank you for sharing that information with us. We appreciate it. Our program can help address posture imbalances and nerve pain (sciatica) in the legs, which may be contributing to your symptoms of pain in both legs, especially when standing, walking, and bending forward.
Our program addresses the root cause of sciatica and radiculopathy by bringing the body into alignment. This can create more space in the spinal canal, alleviating the pain associated with sciatica and radiculopathy.
Additionally, the program directly targets muscle imbalances caused by our daily activities, improving posture and helping to prevent back pain and wear and tear on the spine.
We'd love to offer you the opportunity to see if our program could help you. You can access our free 7-day trial, which covers the first week of our program. Many students report significant relief within that time frame. Here is the link when you are ready: www.corebalancetraining.com/offers/2fR8V4Ev.
