VEGAN CHURROS AND HOT CHOCOLATE

    For the last video of this year we bring you a recetilla the sea of ​​easy and Christmas, of course. From here we continue wishing you a happy holiday and that 2020 you will be full of love. Thanks a lot for being there. If you want the recipe here you have it written:
    INGREDIENTS
    Churros:
    400 ml of water
    400 g wheat flour
    1 tbsp salt
    Oil to taste
    Chocolate:
    500 ml of hazelnut milk and rice (you can use the vegetable milk you prefer)
    An orange peel
    1 tsp cinnamon powder
    3 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tbsp of panela (whole cane sugar, but you can use the sweetened sugar you prefer)
    CHURROS:
    · To make the churros we will start by heating the water in a saucepan. When it seems to be boiling we remove it from the heat.
    · In a large and deep bowl we put the wheat flour. If you want you can sift it before so it looks better, but if you don't do it, nothing happens.
    · Add 1 tsp of salt and mix
    · We make a hole in the middle and pour over the water.
    · Mix with a spatula until you have a homogeneous mass.
    · Let the dough cool for at least 30 minutes to avoid burning.
    · Put the dough with the help of a spoon inside a pastry bag or inside a churrera or cookie gun. We use the 5 and 6 pointed star nozzle.
    · Heat a pan with plenty of oil.
    · We will gradually throw the churros in the pan and with the help of a scissors we cut the end. Give them the way you want. We even made our initials.
    · When you see it golden turn them over.
    · To remove them put them on a plate with absorbent paper.
    HOT CHOCOLATE:
    · Simply heat all ingredients in a saucepan and stir at the same time so that lumps do not form.
