VEGAN FERRERO ROCHER *Living Like A Panda*

    Remember that you have THE INGREDIENTS and the STEP BY STEP of this #recetavegana of #ferrerorocher HERE BELOW:
    INGREDIENTS
    220 g of Medjoul dates (about 9 dates)
    100 g of macadamia nuts
    200 g of oat flakes
    40 g hazelnut toast
    140 g of vegan nutella (recipe our HERE • NUTELLA VEGANA y TORTI... )
    175 g of dark chocolate tablet
    1. We remove the pipe from the medjoul dates and soak them with hot water for at least 30 minutes
    2. Crush the macadamia nuts to a paste and, on the other hand, crush the oatmeal until creating oatmeal.
    3. Remove the dates from the water in which they were soaked and crush them to create a paste. To this pasta we add the cream of macadamia nuts, oatmeal and a salt pizza and we already have our "cookie" for Ferrero!
    4. We take balls of the cookie dough that we have made and crush to create a rounded shape, like a moderately thin disk, which we fill with a bit of vegan nutella and a hazelnut. We close the disk and mold to create a ball, so we do with all the dough. Then we put the balls in the fridge for 15min. to hold a little on a cutting board or a plate with baking paper.
    5. Melt the chocolate tablet and add the crushed hazelnuts to create the mixture of the coverage of our chocolates.
    6. We take the balls out of the fridge and helping them with a pair of forks we will go to one for a bowl with the mixture of our coverage. Directly we are going to place them again on the table with baking paper and when finished covering them all we return a meter in the 30 min fridge.
    7. Enjoyrrrr;)
    To keep them you can leave them in the fridge or freezer and enjoy them when you feel like it ^^
