Infinite Loop in Geometry Nodes (Blender Animation Tutorial)

In this Blender tutorial we will be using geometry nodes to make an abstract infinate loop animation. We will be having some procedural shading fun, some geometry nodes building and some lighting as well.

Thank you so much! I'm new to graphics and blender and I can now take the splinters out of my forehead. I've been trying to make continuous loops, and didn't know about the graph editor modifiers, nor how to make geometry nodes do the work.
You can be a little vague about what to do. At first I thought that was unproductive, but it forces me to think and try things for myself, so I ended up learning tons.

It’s not working for me. Ok when on base shape but when trying with large scale only one loop scales up. Try with 20m square, not working. Where is the issue from. Thanks.

yeah i did everything exaxtly how you did and it just starts from the origin point and goes +Z getting smaller torus' ... doesnt have any below the origin point getting smaller :( geometry nodes are so hard as it is. :(((

Somehow my version of blender doesn't seem to have the spread option in the lights..Not sure if something is not enabled on blender or they changed things at 3.4

You have to select 'Cycles' render engine. On the Editor panel (right options panel) open 'render'properties tab, under 'Render Engines' dropdown select 'cycles'

Hi I can't manage to do the animation part at 8:45 , I think I do everything as you do but when I try to change the Z numbers for the 10th frame, it just stays the same as the first one, so the animation doesn't move.. Does someone has a solution?

Try it mb it help u, right click on the Z "Replace Keyframes" on the 0 frame, and same theme on the last frame
