I like the slower form and describing and reminding us what to focus on and working every muscle! I also like the somewhat shorter versions but effective. No one wants flailing arms and jumping around anymore or a million squats
This one is going right into my offical workout list! I was a bit worried there "where are my fly's - and I need them triceps!", but I got them..! After being more consistent with my workouts than in a loooong time, last week (while doing one of your "full body"), I realised my weights felt somewhat light 😀. I'm gonna go a step up, from 2kg to 3kg, gonna order them tomorrow..! I've also noticed a big difference in my body's condition from doing the cool downs and sometimes having a day for only stretching, realising flexibility IS a workout and so important for the mechanics. I love all of your videos! I do every workout you post! I have really been enjoying working out at home a couple days a week then going to the gym for the other couple days for some heavier lifting. With that said, I would LOVE to see a new Pilates/ low intensity on the floor workout… I’ve done all of yours several times since I like to incorporate Pilates a couple times a week! You da 💣 ❤️😍

Hears Madfit say she does her pushups on her knees, immediately feels less self conscious about my own poor pushup abilities. ❤ but does anyone have tips for me on how to improve my pushups? 😅
Hey Maddie, this is so cool but of recently my left side is weaker than my right. I’ve done a lot to make sure my left side is as strong as my ride but nothing seem to help my right side can lift 7.5kg but left side still manages to lift 6kg.. so I’m still sticking with 6kg but any advise on what to do

I have bad knees and trying to lose weight as well as build strength. Can I do some of these workouts standing up as opposed to being on my knees?
