      I’d love a workout for abs & arms-a while ago, it was a small trend among workout channels and I loved working those muscles as a pair! This workout was so fun to follow along with you-hope you’re doing well!

    Just stared this today. 270lb haven't exercised for 20 years and I couldn't manage the third super set but it's a start! Determined to get fit and fabulous for my 50th in 3 years time!

    Thank you for making most of your workouts 30 minutes or less - I'm a working mom and 30 minutes is about all I get! And honestly it's been enough as long as the workout is structured properly :)

    You know I’m not sure if I enjoyed my workout today- it’s one of those days when things just feel off; life feels too complex and yet too simple. But no matter what I showed up and I sweat a little and it feels better every day I get stronger. No one can take the 20 minutes I just had away. Thanks Madfit❤️

    I really loved this one! All major muscle groups in 20 mins time. Working in supersets really strains the muscles when you haven't got a lot of time, and I love how the sets are more organized in a strength sort of way, not a cardio circuit. But I love how you still fit a 1 min rest in when the rest of the workouts are like 20 seconds rest. I replaced the lateral raises with rear delt flyes and it was perf! This is one I'll come back to, I loved it!

    I've been following a yoga youtuber for years, but once I started adding your quick workouts before my yoga session I notice my fitness have really leveled up. I wish I'd worked on my abs years ago because it's helping get rid of my lower back issues. I'm almost 50 and loving the muscle tone I'm gaining from your workouts!

    I love your workouts! They are great for both beginners and for those of us who have been working out for quite some time now. You do a great job at explaining the moves and form, as well. My only complaint is that there is no warm-up or cool down. I know the importance so I make sure to add them both in but for someone who is a beginner and doesn't know, I feel like it's doing them a disservice and makes them more prone to injury. If you are a beginner reading this, make sure you're doing a 5-minute warm-up before the workout and get in a good stretch afterwards to lengthen those muscles back out!

    Genuinely love those workouts. Makes me feel so good! And it's not too difficult, each one of them are different and w a lil twist it keeps me so engaged and excited. I'm not constantly thinking about when it'll end. Also love that there's plenty of rest between them too! Sm fun. Thank you

    Just found you today, I will be back again and again. I love the pace and the supersetting. Its not easy to find an upper body workout with dumb bells that is without the jumping or cardio or lunging. I just want upper body day to be upper body day and you've done that for me. Thank you!

    Been following this video couple times a week for over a month and Im seeing progress in my muscles even though I still feel wiped out every time I do this workout! Im still only using 10's but I think Ill be upping the weights soon

    Just tried this out for the first time today. It was rough, but it felt great. Couldn’t fully do the last set, but working my way there!
