I have been doing 3 of your routines 3 times a week and one everyday and I feel great. Not only I end up all sweaty, but I am able to complete all of them.

I really loved this one! All major muscle groups in 20 mins time. Working in supersets really strains the muscles when you haven't got a lot of time, and I love how the sets are more organized in a strength sort of way, not a cardio circuit. But I love how you still fit a 1 min rest in when the rest of the workouts are like 20 seconds rest. I replaced the lateral raises with rear delt flyes and it was perf! This is one I'll come back to, I loved it!

I've been following a yoga youtuber for years, but once I started adding your quick workouts before my yoga session I notice my fitness have really leveled up. I wish I'd worked on my abs years ago because it's helping get rid of my lower back issues. I'm almost 50 and loving the muscle tone I'm gaining from your workouts!

I love your workouts! They are great for both beginners and for those of us who have been working out for quite some time now. You do a great job at explaining the moves and form, as well. My only complaint is that there is no warm-up or cool down. I know the importance so I make sure to add them both in but for someone who is a beginner and doesn't know, I feel like it's doing them a disservice and makes them more prone to injury. If you are a beginner reading this, make sure you're doing a 5-minute warm-up before the workout and get in a good stretch afterwards to lengthen those muscles back out!

OMG I am soooo gonna try this workout. You literally read my mind as I was looking for an upper body specific "sculpt" like weight workout.
Been following this video couple times a week for over a month and Im seeing progress in my muscles even though I still feel wiped out every time I do this workout! Im still only using 10's but I think Ill be upping the weights soon
