So glad I gave this one a try. I wasn't sure how I would like it, I am normally more into HIIT workouts. This workout flew by! I will be doing this one again.
This was a good one! I sometimes switched out the 10lb weight for a 15lb, and I was struggling the whole time. I made it through each exercise with out giving up though 🙌🏻
One of my favs!! Love madfit because she helps explain what your doing/how to do it properly. She’s about form and not just about how many reps to get in. It’s helped me on my fitness journey 💕
