@@rupinjeremiah9589 I started with full water bottles! I'd recommend you do that too if you're having a hard time with weights. Eventually I moved up to 5lb dumbbells and now I'm using 10lb 😄 it takes time but if you're consistent, you'll get stronger!

I am very thin and weak :-( I can do 6-7 bicep curls with half pound dumbbells and then my arms just give up. Can I try this lesson again without any weights at all? I am sorry to ask you a lot. As a man I want to build self worth and be independent. I tried my mom's dumbbells but I could not even move it from the ground. :-(

I loved this! I used 8 lb weights on the first round and 5 lbs for some of the exercises on the second. I worked hard and will definitely feel it tomorrow - but I finished (even the surprise plank)! This was the perfect workout for my level. Thanks, Maddie!

I looove this one it’s my favorite workout. With depression I really struggle to get out of bed most days, but this is the one workout I can make myself do even on the days where I’m having an extra hard time
I'm glad I prepared some 8lb dumbbells too, just in case. I definitely needed them after a while 😅 I finished the last set with the 10lbs though. Call me crazy, but that plank at the end felt amazing! (I'm kind of a sucker for unexpected, last-minute challenges.) I enjoyed it so much, I added another one to the end of the workout.
