The average sleep efficiency for young adults is actually about 90%. 80% is the average for the elderly. Thereby, 9 hours in bed should be more than enough to get 8 hours of sleep and not 10. In addition, being sleep deprived will often decrease the time taken to fall asleep even more.
10:17 . What hamza is trying to say is change your identity. This advice from the book "atomic habits". I highly recommend you guys to read the book. It was amazing. I wanted to share some quote about this chapter that i marked down when i read the book. 1. You have a new goal and a new plan, but you have't changed who you are. 2.The ultimate form of intrinsic motivation is when a habit becomes part of your identity
Hey, Hamza thank you for everything, I agree with 98% of the things you say, and I'm consistently training calisthenics now for 2 years. I'm in the best shape of my life and feel fucking confident in myself, etc., but as you point out the sleep and diet problem, I'm entirely aware that I'm lacking in those areas as now I have part-time job where I'm working 12-14 hours a day + I'm trying to get my business of the ground. Curentlly is around 10:30pm here and I'm just going to start working on my business and I guess I'm going all night again. It's exhausting but as I have good mental health, even I stopped meditating I don't journal every day, I kinda stopped reading as I don't have time for it. But I realized that my brain is working best under constant stress and I feel best when I know that I have ton of shit that needs to be done. And it keeps me out of social media. I'm not fapper for quite some time but to be honest once in a while I just can't hold myself and I'll take a bit longer shower. But that happens like once a month not even that. I'm good around girls, as there are a lot of them in my work environment. They all like me and adore me. I know that I'm funny guy that can make them laugh and I check every box for high value man except money. But when it comes to approaching women i just can't, there is something that is holding me back. Some little bitch inside me that is telling me that I'm not good enough, not interesting,... as what I'm always doing is thinking about money, cars, or I'm working. which reminds me of that I should work now so have a nice day guys :)
The pain that you feel today is going to serve as your strength tomorrow. Yes, this is absolutely true. It is undoubtedly going to help you tomorrow. Know that you might have to endure a lot of pain today but that pain is going to teach you the biggest lessons of your life. You must always be the kind of person who doesn’t mind taking up challenges.

Bro I was celibate for 2 years and quit drinking as well. Overtraining is a real phenomenon. I have trained at a high level and have personally see the impact on myself or other athletes. Sometimes, taking a break for just one week can lead to improved performance and new personal records. Rest is just as important as working out. You should train hard every weeks, multiple times per week, but if, for exemple : 2-3 trainings in a row, you see a decrease in your performances, than it's maybe better to take a break for a couple of days. The other thing is that some people are not ready yet to do certain types of workouts, if they do to much in one go they will injure them. So in those cases it is important to increase the workouts according to our level. You can push yourself, but if you go to hard to quickly, it can destroy your body months or sometimes even more sometimes.
I got my testerone levels tested recently and I was 300. Now I'm working towards building my levels up to 1000. When my testerone levels were 300 I was getting 4 to 5 hours of sleep, dirty bulking, not talking to strangers, barely working on UA-cam videos. Now I'm eating clean, working on UA-cam daily, cold Approaching, and I still struggle with sleep but I'm working on it, hamza got me taping my mouth haha
@@muph8467 I haven't got it tested since that was about three months ago when i got it tested, there was an ad for a free testerone levels test at my gym
@@TheDoomerGoGetter yeah but I'm sure testosterone has a genetic component, just saying make sure your goals are realistic. T levels aren't important what matters is what you do with it. Even if your T levels stay at 300 if you're doing all the right things life can still be good.
The video's summary ; things destroys your testosterone: 1-Poor mental health (Link in the bio for a better mental health routine for free) 2-Bad sleep (Go to bed 2 hours earlier and avoid late nights parties) 3-FAPPING (Begin noFAP and don't think that corn is healthy) 4-sedimentary lifestyle 5-alcohol & party lifestyle (Go on alcohol/wine sober , practice running more , train more , eat healthy food) 6-the modern diet (Decrease sugar) 7-being fat (Train)
Phew, my heart stopped for a sec before this, cause my first touhgt was "damn i'm not counting, never thought of counting days, what's the point when you're trying to quit", followed by instant reliefe because not counting days being a good thing.
I've started to change my life back in September, exercise, healthy and balanced diet, brush my teeth at least 1 time a day, meditating, sleeping 8 hours a day, and it's been such a huge improvement, honestly the hardest thing i've fought against until now is NoFap, that shit is so hard for me but i'm not gonna give up.
I’m 14 years old, I was never extremely Jeffreyfied, but I was heading down that path. Now I’ve begun lifting with friends, meditating, journaling, and taking cold showers. Never felt better, thank you Hamza!
Stop being depressed, and just go workout, eat healthy, dopamine detox, meditate, and sleep more. “I feel to depressed to workout” = your “lizard” brain is making shit excuses. Just do the hard work even when you don’t want to (something like that)
@@pakistanichad8739 it could be that, but for clinical depression it's just more than that. It's a chemical mess going on inside of your brain that makes it impossible to "stop being depressed"

24:22 I am 20 years old and went to get my body fat percentage measured about a month ago. 6.4% was the result. I workout 6 times a week, and have been doing so, for a little over a year. I have not tried to get a low body fat percentage, I have actually tried to gain body fat. So your saying here is definitely untrue for me.
After reading Atomic Habits I can understand this video better, especially point number 2. If you identify with something and you will lose it, you will feel depressed. There was an example in book that said: "I'm a great soldier", think about it, how would a person feel if his whole identity was being a soldier, and he would just lost it. He would be depressed. Same with fapping, "yeah im on day 57 of nofap", you get obsessed with that, it also becomes part of your identity as said in the video by Hamza. You relapse and you feel depressed again. Stop counting days, stop thinking about it, dont make it part of your identity, You just dont do it.
Hamza's 2020-2021 physique was on point. I have a feeling that he's getting the urge to go back to training like how he was back then, which is good. I feel like he exuded a noticable aura of determination and grit during this 'era' because of how disciplined his life had become.

Hey how are you doing now ?
U saved my mental and physical health u are responsible for how dedicated I am Genuatly thankfully thank you

The pain that you feel today is going to serve as your strength tomorrow. Yes, this is absolutely true. It is undoubtedly going to help you tomorrow.
Know that you might have to endure a lot of pain today but that pain is going to teach you the biggest lessons of your life. You must always be the kind of person who doesn’t mind taking up challenges.
here i am, at 13 years old, already climbing up to higher testosterone and managing my mental health. i've just started the meditation twice a day and i'm already loving it. this guy is my idol.

Bro I was celibate for 2 years and quit drinking as well. This past new years I got invited to a NYE party and started drinking and had sex with this girl and the next morning when I woke up, I was so disappointed in myself and felt like crap for the next few days. I never thought I’d regret it like that.
this man is contributing so much of his time to help us men
Best video on self improvement i have ever seen period
Literally saved my life. My mental state was so bad, i had turned the gym into an obsession and felt nothing for months. This unlocked a mindset which allowed me to genuinely see the future as an improved circumstance. W hazma
Don’t count the days, make the days count. 🙌
Bro you’ve actually been helping me and i thought i was born a man. Hell nah the tiltle “man” is earned
So glad I found you!!
How do you get that tested and how much are you now?
you not gonna get 1000 natural
@@muph8467 I haven't got it tested since that was about three months ago when i got it tested, there was an ad for a free testerone levels test at my gym
@@JanCzasami CEO of testerone got his to 900 or 1000 so
@@TheDoomerGoGetter yeah but I'm sure testosterone has a genetic component, just saying make sure your goals are realistic. T levels aren't important what matters is what you do with it. Even if your T levels stay at 300 if you're doing all the right things life can still be good.
The video's summary ; things destroys your testosterone:
1-Poor mental health
(Link in the bio for a better mental health routine for free)
2-Bad sleep
(Go to bed 2 hours earlier and avoid late nights parties)
3-FAPPING
(Begin noFAP and don't think that corn is healthy)

5-alcohol & party lifestyle

Please make video on depression. Love from Pakistan
Stop being depressed, and just go workout, eat healthy, dopamine detox, meditate, and sleep more. “I feel to depressed to workout” = your “lizard” brain is making shit excuses. Just do the hard work even when you don’t want to (something like that)
Depression aint real
It just what you think about something which is making you feel depressed
@@pakistanichad8739 it could be that, but for clinical depression it's just more than that. It's a chemical mess going on inside of your brain that makes it impossible to "stop being depressed"
If you're depressed you're probably a loser. Find the thing that makes you depressed e.g you being fat/skinny and work on it
Depression does not exist
I am 12 and i was skinny as fuck and now i am training daily and getting more visible abs every day. Thank u hamza🙏🙏🙏🙏
thats because of low body fat
so ur still skinny but abs mean really low bodyfat so ur abs are just visible because you trained them try to eat allot but healthy allot and watch hamza's video of diet

You really will change my life. Hamza iam thankfull to you , i hope i will change my life with your help. Thank you so much. I will change slowly.
I’m 15 years old and I just wanted to say thank you hamza for teaching us your wisdom. It has helped me in many ways both mentally and physically and I wish you all the best. Thank you hamza
I started watching a while after I lost what I thought was my dream job. On the day I was fired, i was so stressed I began cutting myself in the restroom. I quit video games and porn, and I now have a well paying job that I not only love, but I also have the respect of my superiors. I intend to ask a certain girl from a certain bookstore out on a date tomorrow (if she happens to be working tomorrow). You are a Godsend.
