I respect Hamza for recognizing his decline and pinpointing how and when it began. He recently spoke about humility and ego death, topics many of us are too proud to confront. Recently he's been speaking about his success and failures with transparency, it's free guidance and life lessons. Hate his content or not, he talks about issues our parents and authority figures avoid. Last year I fell into a trap of femininity and waiting to be saved by some fantasy character, NO ONE will save you. Help yourself and seek support/guidance along the way.

One diet thing that probably should be mentioned separately is cow milk. There is literally a scientific study with report that drinking commercial cow milk drops testosterone levels *immediately* after the intake. Like, you drink a glass - testosterone is poof, gone, just like that. The reason for this is that commercial milk producers make cows lactate 24/7, so milk is extremely oversaturated with estrogen, which is basically opposite of what you want to increase testosterone.

I googled it and xenoestrogens (the stuff in plastics) have a half life lasts MONTHS (BPA for example)
In comparison to phytoestrogens (the stuff in seed oils and shit) only have a half life of 4-5 hours in males.
Consider all the advice you hear against seed oils and phytoestrogens and then multiply them by 100. That's how important it is to avoid xenoestrogens.

  • @HogRider2

A correction note about the phones, EMFs (electromagnetic fields not electromotive force for those who will fact check this) are generated by any current flowing through a wire. This means putting your phone on airplane mode is essentially useless for what we’re after. The only time your phone won’t generate emfs is when it is powered off (but even then phones with a findable feature while powered off will still emit Bluetooth so there is likely still a little but I doubt it’s much to worry about). My advice for if you ever need to have your phone on you for whatever reason is to just get a faraday case or a pone sided emf blocking pouch. (That’s what I do often for social events/parties since I gotta have my phone on me in case I want to get someone’s contact or a girls insta or something lol)

i wanna tell bit of a story here so i will, so when i was in about yr 8 so about 12 yrs old i first heard that keeping your phone near you mainly in your pocket was bad so since then I've graduated and have been out of school for about 3 yrs now and really ever since i first started doing that i felt nothing mainly (at lest i think) because i wasn't aware of the benefits but i got a small sense that what i was doing was actually really good health wise so i kept doing it, now I'm aware this sounds weird and autistic asf but i really believe that from simply doing that my fertility now as a man has significantly increased so i support and encourage everyone to do exactly what Hamza has told us :)

From what I read, the average vitamin D level of indigenous people still living out in nature is about 45-50 ng/dl, with pregnant women being a bit above that. So a level of 55 ng/dl is reasonably close to that. I've read some people pushing levels of like 70ng/dl+ as beneficial, but honestly I believe that ~50ng/dl is probably best if that's what our body naturally regulates itself to when we're in the sun all day.

Nobody anywhere has disemintated this or even said it. For a book to be AI generated it would need to find that online. This guy is the only one who ever mentioned it. Nobody else ever did. Natural cortisol cycles? Everyone else seems to think that cortisol is something that is bad. Just 2 examples of many that have not been disseminated online.

vitamin d3 in cholecalciferol form shouldn't be used more than 4000IU per day, you will develop vitamin d3 poisoning very soon, recommended is 600IU, i personally use 2000IU, 4000IU is the maximum

bro you should be carefull with high vitamins tho, ask the doctor that you trust, yes there are various risks, your kidney has to work extra hard to throw out the extra things and yes you can intoxicate with vitamins and yes vitamins can kill you but it is all about dosage and for how long you take them, I know thers a guy that suplimented with zinc or something too much and after some time he almost died because of that. so talk to the Chad doctors from your school 💪

hahaha I feel like a smart-ass for knowing about the effects of phone radiation. Known about it for nearly a year, Implemented it for about 5-6 months now - Don't know the difference because I've never tested, but point 3 has told me how crucial this change was. Shame you were infertile, but its a good thing that you aren't anymore Hamza. MOST IMPORTANTLY,
the same effects WILL take place with laptops on your lap, so make sure to minimize putting it there, either with a pillow or using a desk...
