Chris, I love your channel. I'm looking to make the switch to the projector in the living room. Is it worth getting the LG or this Optima you are speaking to? Screen suggestion please if possible. Thanks a bunch.
Hi, I noticed some blurriness in the top of the projection at various times, for example at 04:53. Not sure what is causing this, but is it possible to have crystal sharp picture quality in the top of the screen as well as the bottom? And if so, how to achieve that, compared to your shown setup?
Unfortunately this is common with UST projectors. It's very difficult to get perfect sharpness across the entire screen and it's exaggerated the bigger the screen size is. I could have probably gotten the sharpness dialed in better if I spent more time focusing it
@@ChrisMajestic Thank you for your 'crystal clear' answer! It does affect my opinion of UST projectors somewhat, but they're still to be considered over long throw beamers...
Great channel, great videos by the way! Cheers, Chris!
I have the p1 and love it,what 120 inch screen is the best for this
if you need some suggestion, you can contact me : )
One more question... Did anyone use P2 with Samsung Q950A Soundbar (+subwoofer + speakers) ? Is the combination of these 2 devices seamless and working properly?
Is there a difference between laser, DLP and LED in terms of how easy they are on the eyes/how much eyestrain they cause?
no
Great video! Could you do a budget projector recommendation in preparation for Black Friday/Christmas?
I'll consider this. I've been putting this off for a while now
@@ChrisMajestic totally agree. I've been holding off for a while and there's lot sof sales right now. I'm afraid I may miss them 😢
Is optoma Cinemax pro better than optoma Cinemax p2? Don’t know what to choose...
Hi Chris ! I’m a HUGE hockey fan !! How do games show up on this projector ? THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!! Your vids / advice are OUTSTANDING!!!! Ed
Can anyone answer this question ? Also if you have this projector…. In 3D mode .. do you used the same glasses as in the movie theater OR you you need special glasses ??? Thanks for any help !!
Yet another great review. Thank you.
I’m struggling to find 3D glasses that work well. Just got some Boblov ones and whilst picture looks great, it drops in and out of sync every 30 seconds or so. Any ideas? Thank you in advance
