And thy would not be using it on America who in the next 10-20 years would be a world power without world interests and be mostly pulled back. These countries would be using their nukes on China and Iran. Russia is a slight risk but that’s only if they lash out right before their death.

I think this doesn't include nations, that have nuclear weapons on their territories - specifically countries who became independent after the fall of the Soviet Union. Belarus had 81 nuclear weapons stationed on their territory, they were returned to Russia in 1996. Kazakhstan inherited 1400 nuclear weapons and were returned to Russia in 1995.
And then we have Ukraine - when the country became independent in 1991 it had roughly around 5000 nuclear weapons, which made it at the time the country with the third largest nuclear arsenal behind Russia and the United States. The weapons were removed from the country and dismantled in Russia by 1996.
Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine have all acceded to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NNPT), which makes all three non-nuclear nations.
Israel does not acknowledge to this day that the weapons they own are nuclear - instead they maintain policy of deliberate ambiguity.

There was no such country as russia from 1922 to 1991 so saying that only russia had those nuclear weapons is highly inaccurate and after the fall of the Soviet union, ukraine inherited a significant number of the arsenal making it the third biggest arsenal in the world.

Where’s North Korea? Where’s South Africa? And why you divide Germany and Korea in your videos and never do so when it comes to USSR? It should be the USSR until 1991 and Russia afterwards. And yes, former soviet countries of Kazakhstan and Ukraine also possessed some nukes for a short period after the demise of the USSR :/

Well, as a Canadian, I know we had nukes for most of the cold war. So did many NATO countries like Italy, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Turkey. Same with USSR and friends like Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus.

Still, USSR politically survives to this day with a large network of alliances between former members. Only countries we can really say left the USSR are Turkmenistan and Ukraine and Baltic states partially because they joined the EU.

Data correction - India detonated its first nuclear device on 19th May, 1974 at Pokhran, Rajasthan. And did it again in 1998. While Pakistan first tested in 1998, though to they were presumably possessed it from 1983.
And also a correction Pakistan tested 7 nuclear bombs in 1998 and India 6 in total of years 1974+1998, you can search and how did Israel get nukes even before India and Pakistan?

Data is inaccurate. Up until 1991 there was no Russia, it was the USSR. Also after 1991 the top list must have changed big time, as former USSR states inherited nuclear weapons, e.g. Kazakhstan had over 1,400 weapons from 1991-1994.
