This video explains how we can workout like Batman. To build his kind of physique and performance without dedicating our lives to training, we might use a combination of gymnastic strength training, kettlebells, cardio acceleration, martial arts, and metabolic conditioning. This is similar to CrossFit and the Batman workout shown in the Batman Files - but with some changes to be safer and more effective for the long term. It's just a bit of fun, but hopefully you'll discover some new ideas to add to your training! Adapt what is useful.
Don't forget to check out part one!
Thanks for watching, and Merry Christmas!

I love that you discussed the weight of his suit. Isnt it interesting that as Bruce Wayne ages, his tech/suit evolves into lighter, more efficient versions. It must balance his effectiveness as he ages and deals with injuries.

For the bag work; check out bas rutten’s audible bag work program, where he calls out numbers for specific combinations and it’s set up on a specific round/test system. Teddy atlas had one as well I used to use, but the nice thing at the rutted program is that you don’t have to focus on what to through, and can get into some real gnarly metabolic conditioning as a result. A 4 when he calls it would be a jab, cross, left hook, right straight. A 3 would be a jab, cross, left hook.....etc. Forces you into throwing combinations one would normally wimp out on as Bas Rutten is yelling in your ear. The bag work should have a purpose.

HOLY SMOKED MUSCLES, BATMAN! I can't believe how impressive this channel continues to be! It seems unreal that it's 105k and not 10.5m subs, but that's okay, eventually when the masses catch on, you won't know what to do with the sudden explosive growth. Now you are talking of an equipment upgrade...it's going to be bonkers over here! Well, I suppose given your idols, that would've been a logical assessment.
I've never subscribed to Patreon before but I suppose I will have to now. The content here is worth it. The content on your website is worth it. The Superfunctional Training book clinches it! I'm already looking forward to the extra content. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years or Happy Holidays, whichever you and the other Bioneers prefer. I hope to see you all on the other side at the exclusive FB page. Have a great evening!

The power clean, deadlift, and something like thrusters would be his primary lifts
His stack would probably be Test plus anadrol this is going to tank his endurance though so he would have to blitz the cycle.
And maybe switch to a fasting acting Tren and anavar prior to any physical engagement.

A massive neck and massive abs are really helpful in fighting. That is atleast the case in boxing and the other martial arts that actually work. If you have a big, strong neck, you will be able to take more punches to the face. Massive abs will make bodyshots less painful. If you want to be a kickass fighter, you should go with martial arts like boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, Savate Boxing, or any other striking art similar to boxing. I would say that boxing and muay thai would the most useful of the four. In addition you will need to learn a grappling or wrestling art. The best of these are freestyle wrestling, brazilian jiu jitsu and judo. However, the smartest thing you can do is to just join an MMA gym. Avoid mcdojo MAs like akido, most types of kung fu and karate, capoeira, etc.

    • @DiamorphineDeath
      @DiamorphineDeath 4 роки тому +3

Muay Thai is rad as you build up neck strength in the clinch, develop abdominals just through bag work, sparring, and pad word...intermixed with how sadistic your trainer is in terms of core work on top of that. We used to do tire drills to practice kicking up and over and then stopping the kick, above the tire, while bouncing on the balls of your feet for rounds. Having control over movements like that, coupled with the calf development really does add something that is hard to develop on its own. The thai’s have their students do loaded carries for an extended amount of time to build up the yoke area, along with the rope in the teeth attached to concrete or weight to do neck extensions, and constant clinch work. Was watching a training video with some high level Lethwei dudes out of Myanmar, and their calves stood out immediately; perfectly built for the demands of their craft.

It speaks volumes to you, an author, to have done ANOTHER series on the topic, to address it better, after 2 years, mixing up everything you've learnt in the meantime.
A quick question: Batman is bulked (but not for the sake of), enourmously resistant and with peak strenght.
In wich ORDER do you think he should have trained these attributes, to maximize them all?
I mean, like mass first, so then he has more meat to build upon, resistance second, and strenght last? Or the other way around?
I know you're providing suggestions to build more than one attribute at the same time, but that will still take a long time, isn't it? Or it's better suited to mantain or improve the capacity of somebody already trained, at least a little

Hey man you seem lean and powerful! I have got a question about the preparation for my Batman film. I have calculated 1 and a half years to prepare physically so, just for the look in camera I need to bulk up besides the super complete real life Batman traing..Shall I first focus on weightlifting to bulk up or just calculate the correct recovery with this workout so muscle builds up? Cheers!

🤨Too busy??🤔 Start out with burpees 15mins a day. You'd be surprised how much you've progressed in a month.

@@qward2174 lol nah man I used to train 7 days a week gymnast and powerlifting for a decade. Now I'm a heavy construction worker and have a wife and 3 kids. 15 minute meme bullshit ain't gonna hit that addiction for real training. I regularly practice calisthenics, I'm talkin about REAL training my dood. REAL. Haha. Can't get that real drug no more.

Kettlebells are not tools for building raw strength. Metcons and explosive movements yes.
You want raw strength, then power lifts, their variations and accessory lifts that support them e.g. upper back work.
Strongman lifts would be beneficial too.
    Gymnastics does make complete sense.
Monostructured conditioning. As well as metcons.
    Skill training of various kinds.
Time and resources would have to be immense.
