Deathstroke is a character known for his physical and mental prowess, capable of thinking at "9X the speed" of a normal human. This, along with his tactical mind, makes him more than a match for Batman and Nightwing.
What would a Deathstroke training program incorporate to mimic these abilities? In this video, I argue that we can attain a similar level of athleticism by training complex movements that are "proprioceptively demanding." Training such as slacklining, juggling, advanced calisthenics, and more may help to increase working memory and body awareness.
Digging into the studies, this kind of Deathstroke training could directly improve skill acquisition, decision making, focus, and more. Enjoy the video and let me know what you think: do you incorporate a skills training day? Will you now? What other methods did I miss?

@@Lemaforthewin I like the fact that nothing is forced, and that there's no two week guides. It's all helpful information to find your own way, which is, after all, the only way that works for your entire life.
I might be specially attracted to this channel due to my lifelong belief that the traditional lifting fitness is for extroverts, athletics and aesthetics for competitive people while functional training is for everyone really. The stuff our Bioneer talks about can be integrated into all of the options I've just mentioned, it's extremely inclusive. I love that.
I got into the whole body mind relationship after seeing some ido portal video of a guy standing up in the weirdest ways possible. Like from sitting down into a handstand and then cartwheeling on one arm to a stand. It was so cool.
After seeing more of that stuff, I realized that those guys mostly have good presentation, but very poor information. They would sell that in courses or omit it completely. It was basically commercials without any of the really important facts.
The Bioneer simply trains and tries stuff, and then puts information and creativity together to create interesting examples for us to build upon. While most channels say: if you want to learn how to do this, practice this and that. While this channel here teaches you how to get in control of your own body, and as a result, you will be able to train for whatever you really want, in several different ways :)
Sorry for the wall of text, I get passionate about UA-camrs sometimes ;)

A DareDevil training program could be cool! I know you've touched a bit on echolocation in a previous video, and presumably his physical training would be similar to characters like Batman, Nightwing, Bruce Lee, etcetera. But could be cool to focus on combative and endurance performance especially for someone who couldn't really spend any time at all in a gym. Just an idea! Also, if you don't mind me asking, in some of your videos you have clips of you with over ear headphones that are black and red, what kind are they? They look dope. Great video!

When I train mobility/flexibility I try to focus completely on the muscles involved. Actively relaxing the muscles I'm stretching, contracting the antagonistic muscles to pull me deeper into the stretch, and isometrically contracting any stabilizers as well. I immediately starting making more mobility/flexibility gains, and I'm getting kinesthetic meditation in, but more complex since I'm focusing on 3 different actions at once. I've noticed a massive increase in proprioception in the months since I started this, to the point I've occasionally wondered if I took it too far and become too aware of my body 😂

I thought 9x faster than the average viewer and bought the SFT book as soon as you announced it and I'm grateful for it. Seriously though, folks, if you haven't gotten it yet, you really need to. It's really like having 100's of hours of research and 10x more than that in value. The price is a steal!
Honestly Adam, every time I think you can't outdo yourself, you (thankfully, gratefully) prove me wrong. I am terrible at arithmetic, and I am working on it, but the idea Computational Meditation seems like a great experiment to perform. I've got to figure out a way to measure the progress and get started. Thanks for the great video, quality information, and the books.
P.S. The Reakt game was very intriguing! Strangely, I found myself dodging in my seat at the dining table. I wonder how that involuntary reaction came about. Ideas, anyone?

Georges St Pierre mentioned on his recent podcast with Joe Rogan that after reaction based training he'd get worked in sparring because his central nervous system was spent.
Something to consider when incorporating this kind of training, everything needs recovery.

VR training, interests me greatly but i cannot justify a rift when Facebook is doing so many unsavoury things with big data. 6:00

As far as I am concerned, I'd go for vr. Use a dummy account, use some privacy software, you should be good.
It's not like that they actually know what to do with all that precious big data anyhow. In my opinion.
I'm not aware of any data that a vr system could share about me that would make any impact on my, or anyones future life. I would put it down to conspiracy theories :) what sensible data would they gain access to? And doesn't vr have an offline mode? Don't have the room for a setup myself, so I really have no idea
I stay away from Facebook and WhatsApp and whatnot myself, but I wouldn't go so far and deny myself a great opportunity for training. Big data isn't worth that much, not in regards to using such a system as a gamer- or fitness-dude / -person / -circle
Just my opinion of course :)

Loving your videos, and understanding most of the concepts too.
I'm struggling with sleeping, falling asleep for the most part, and it's apparently not medical. It very much hinders my training and mental abilities, half the day I'm just a mindless worker-ant waiting for that one hour of clarity.

To bad that he's screen time and background story are spare.
