Deathstroke is a character known for his physical and mental prowess, capable of thinking at "9X the speed" of a normal human. This, along with his tactical mind, makes him more than a match for Batman and Nightwing.
What would a Deathstroke training program incorporate to mimic these abilities? In this video, I argue that we can attain a similar level of athleticism by training complex movements that are "proprioceptively demanding." Training such as slacklining, juggling, advanced calisthenics, and more may help to increase working memory and body awareness.
Digging into the studies, this kind of Deathstroke training could directly improve skill acquisition, decision making, focus, and more. Enjoy the video and let me know what you think: do you incorporate a skills training day? Will you now? What other methods did I miss?

bro you seriously gonna beat up teenagers jax??
@@Leo-nard0 yoooo fr
Hey jax
Hey jax would you ever do a collab with the bioneer? I think you two could do a comprehensive video on something fun. Maybe a could you work out like Bruce Lee? Or tough like the toons for Kenichi? Idk I think you two would be cool if you worked on something.
Petition for Doomslayer training
No physical training involved , Just lose your pet bunny and scream at a wall for a decade. should do the trick.
Rip things.
Followed by tearing things.
"For how long, smartass?"
UNTIL IT IS DONE.
It would probably be a mix of plyometrics and lots upon lots of hypertrophy.
So advanced bodyweight training could do the trick
Omg yessssss
You mean, unadulterated anger issue, but on steroids?
Death and stroke are the two things I feel are coming whenever I'm training
😂👍🏼
😂
Legend
Hear that 🤣😂
Hahaha.
Me: You can’t be like Batman or Deathstroke without taking ‘magic pills’.
The Bioneer: Hold my protein shake
My favourite villain is finally getting some love! I always found Deathstroke to be a badass due to how he is a very intelligent villain who doesn't shy away from getting down and dirty.
Seriously, one of the great villains and this dude oozes cool
Hope we can see him in a future movie.
Something I do is recite the alphabet backwards when I jump rope and restart if I get any letter wrong. I also count up in prime numbers.😄
Sounds pretty impressive and interesting
Okay but my brother in christ what are prime numbers? It's been a while since I was in school
@@ajackass5950 numbers that are able to divide by its self and divide with the number 1 only.
The summary check list at 9:19 is VERY helpful. I hope you include this sort of thing in future vids.
I agree, great to come back when needed.
For sure
Love your videos man! Waiting for the Goku Mastered Ultra Instinct Training video :)
There is an Ultra Instinct video, from the bioneer, where it talks just about Flow States and how you. A. Achieve a somewhat similar state
Mario fuck Iwas just about to d
Say that damnnnn
@MarioTomic he did make that video
A video about training shown in the Anime "Hajime No Ippo" would be nice
Of course man
Thats just boxing training

@@theBartasTLP oh yes!

Fingers crossed Joe Manganiello gets his series or film greenlit so that we can see his training process on the big screen or on streaming. He looked so aweseome as Deathstroke in Zack Snyder's Justice League. He deserves more.
Never gonna happen fanboi
He's literally the perfect embodiment. Deathstroke is 6'5", 225lbs in the comics. So is Joe.
@@nightmarekid1986 better being a fanboy than a bitter lowlife hater
Would love to see a Witcher training video (maybe closer to season 2). Keep up the great content!
Geralt’s a badass so id like that. Especially from the books and games, still enjoy the Netflix series though he’s just not as powerful in it.
I think it would be quite similiar to the batman training videos
Anybody else wonder how the hell he can fit so many different training styles into his routine?
Only every damn day!
Discipline i do over coming isometrics trying to bend bars callisthenics pushups situps pullups chinups Russian twists boxing and muay thai and bench presses squats 5days a week
He sounded so sad when selling his book, i hope it's all okay
I dont usually support UA-camrs but Bioneer is in a different league. Worth getting his stuff IMO
@@jamesr2936 why is he in a different league? Genuine question. I am very much contemplating to buy his book, especially after this video but can you elaborate why he's in another league compared to other UA-camrs?
@@Lemaforthewin he's the only guy I'm personally aware of that goes into such a huge breadth of knowledge and training, and presents it all in a digestible manner, without sounding like he's talking down to you. He seems to genuinely enjoy crafting these videos and educating us, and wants us to be the best we can be. Plus, he really hammers on the fact that you CAN be better, and gives you all the info you need to do exactly that
@@NBiDragonNerd dope, thx. Will look into him as I'm exploring multifunctional training more and more. It seems like a very good foundation.
@@Lemaforthewin I like the fact that nothing is forced, and that there's no two week guides. It's all helpful information to find your own way, which is, after all, the only way that works for your entire life.
I might be specially attracted to this channel due to my lifelong belief that the traditional lifting fitness is for extroverts, athletics and aesthetics for competitive people while functional training is for everyone really. The stuff our Bioneer talks about can be integrated into all of the options I've just mentioned, it's extremely inclusive. I love that.
I got into the whole body mind relationship after seeing some ido portal video of a guy standing up in the weirdest ways possible. Like from sitting down into a handstand and then cartwheeling on one arm to a stand. It was so cool.
After seeing more of that stuff, I realized that those guys mostly have good presentation, but very poor information. They would sell that in courses or omit it completely. It was basically commercials without any of the really important facts.
The Bioneer simply trains and tries stuff, and then puts information and creativity together to create interesting examples for us to build upon. While most channels say: if you want to learn how to do this, practice this and that. While this channel here teaches you how to get in control of your own body, and as a result, you will be able to train for whatever you really want, in several different ways :)
Sorry for the wall of text, I get passionate about UA-camrs sometimes ;)
Vasily Lomachenko's training incorporate some of those principles, and the results speak by themselves. He's an amazing boxer
i thought about the exact same thing thing watching this. Papachenko is truly ahead of his time. watching loma and usyks workouts are what got me diving down this rabbit hole
My favourite "villain" in DC. Great video Adam.
Glad to see putting hundreds of hours into Beat Saber is the right idea
Within a short video I think you managed to explain and validate some of Tony Ferguson's stranger training methods and why he's such a great fighter
Third loss of his today, so sad man. El Cucuy one of the best
@@grimmywizard yeah man, truly sad. Great fighter but I think he's been in too many wars and now it seems he's starting to doubt himself. Will still go down as one of the greats though
Now I imagine a character like Deathstroke making juggle with knives :v7
Fair warning: If you make your muscle too intelligent, it becomes that much harder to confuse it.
A DareDevil training program could be cool! I know you've touched a bit on echolocation in a previous video, and presumably his physical training would be similar to characters like Batman, Nightwing, Bruce Lee, etcetera. But could be cool to focus on combative and endurance performance especially for someone who couldn't really spend any time at all in a gym. Just an idea! Also, if you don't mind me asking, in some of your videos you have clips of you with over ear headphones that are black and red, what kind are they? They look dope. Great video!
One of my favorite Batman/Titans villain
He's also a antihero

The sparring was awesome do you think you could make a separate vid on that maybe in collab with grant

*Batman secretly watching your videos*
Awesome video! Also, how can one achieve the physical abilities of the DOOM SLAYER?!
I’d love to have a morning routine (before my workout) and maybe an evening that incorporates these elements. Meditation, cognition, proprioception and sleep preparation.
I’d gladly buy that program.
Hi Adam, Will you do a video that talks about how too much endurance(ultra marathons) are harmful to your heart and how to neutralize its effects through strength training. Sent you an email at your bioneer mail about the subject.
*0:25** SORRY BUT ¿WHY YOU USE THE ARKHAM SUIT? IS HORRIBLE & LOOKS LIKE A GARBAGE COSPLAY*
you think you can make a video that also talks about vitamins or supplements that boost thinking speed or just needed for brain function when being active
Just finished watching Arrow Season 2, and you drop this video, awesome!!!!!
Same what timing
don't watch it further brother, it gets really weird and clunky
@@ReivasMC i second this. Actually quit at first episode of season 2. Might suggest to check out Mr Robot. Simply bcs it's incredible.
Ive been waiting for 2 months
Where is a video on lucid dreaming
You close your eyes on a lot of your strikes while hitting the heavy bag my man.
Can you do a video on vitamins and minerals that most people are deficient in?
Magnesium!
Vitamin D in nordic countries or during winter time
Magnesium, zinc and the essential B vitamins.
Is it me or does anyone else just wanna workout everytime they see one of bioneers videos😂
Really cool to see that The Bioneers overall skillset is expanding and improving along with his videos. His punches look better. It goes to show that his training rally works for him!
I have plans for learning 1 new skill each year. Although I took a break when I got injured but I have plans to continue. With plans to learn drumming, capoeira, gymnastics and probably a wide variety of different martial arts.
In light of "The Falcon & The Winter Solider" coming to a close, might it be a good time to see a Captain America training video - how a normal human (like Sam Wilson or John Walker) might train to best approximate Captain America's prowess?
I'm a special forces guy.
To become a kind of Slade Wilson, I'm just waiting for the super military serum, resistant to the serum of truth. That the result will be to increase my mental capacity by 90%, and to increase 3x my physical capacities, resistance, strength and senses, hahahaha and then I will change my name to Slade wilson or Steve Rogers.
No more lies, master roshi.
Your neighbours must love you.... All I've got is theives and druggies.... I do have some nice ones too... before you start thinking that I'm living in a prison.
Awesome video. Keep it up. Not sure if you've done it already but what about a Daredevil video? Unpopular opinion but I love the Ben Affleck daredevil
I've found that boxing and MMA have impacted my desire to learn in a huge way.
I switched from boxing orthodox to southpaw after 26 year around 3 years ago, 100% triggered the biggest cognitive change I've ever experienced, desire to learn, ability to retain short and long term information, even empathy.... The list goes on.
Be trying most of these in the coming months and would recommend it to anyone,
keep up the good work 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
When I train mobility/flexibility I try to focus completely on the muscles involved. Actively relaxing the muscles I'm stretching, contracting the antagonistic muscles to pull me deeper into the stretch, and isometrically contracting any stabilizers as well. I immediately starting making more mobility/flexibility gains, and I'm getting kinesthetic meditation in, but more complex since I'm focusing on 3 different actions at once. I've noticed a massive increase in proprioception in the months since I started this, to the point I've occasionally wondered if I took it too far and become too aware of my body 😂
But Slade gained stenght from a experiment like Captain America's. So he more trained his brain.
You should do a 2000AD Sláine Workout, not a superhero but still cool.
Hey Adam, love the videos. I had a few ideas but I don't know if you saw them earlier:
1.Use of calories by the brain. I know you mentioned it in your book super functional training but can you make a video on chess players burning 5000 calories during tournaments.
2.Wolff's law for increasing wrist size and hand size.(from old school strength youtube channel)
3..raining inspiration from arm wrestlers to strengthen wrist and elbow tendon.
Listen to the man more fit you are the better chance of surving lifes obstacles no matter how difficult. Semper fi 8th marines
I do not think this is Silly at all .. and is all great information .. i have noticed a difference in my IQ and memory since i have gotten back into training and martial arts in the last couple years ... this is all great information ... every video has amazing infomation .. i have learned alot and am looking forward to learning more
Love your work! Would love a DeadShot/BullsEye video to improving accuracy at hitting the target everytime with anything. That'd be cool!
Please demon slayet trainning plz plz😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣
Good video! Archery is excellent to practice in training. It includes concentration, upper body strength, muscle memory and eye coordination. I think the Green Arrow is good to build a workout plan around.
Slade annoyed me as a kid:)
I'm not much different now:)
Love this channel. Really taps deeply into the reasons behind so much training. Namely "I want to be Batman!"
On a more prosaic note - any chance of a review of the peripherals of training: gloves or chalk, training around injuries, dealing with calluses and blisters, that sort of thing?
Could u do more anime videos,I'm a big fan of what u do
Yeah, like Demon Slayer breath work(alkalizing the body and reducing acidity fatigue, a way to keep going forever) or Asta(Black Clover Training How High Repetion Heavy sword swinging influences the body, enhances change of direction, load resilience and increased endurance etc...)
@@martinlazarini2653 or like naruto, how to have a stronger will,or one piece ,monkey.d.luffy,zoro or sanji
Maybe he just doesn't watch anime
Don’t think so, he does like DBZ and Baki, as well as One Punch so maybe he likes it but it’s not like his main thing.(he has done video on the three I mentioned if you want to check them)
What movie was the Sylvester Stallone clip from?
Captain America training
Do a trading regime and workouts for being the ultimate fighter
Great video as usual. What is the name of Stallone's movie ?
Love it. When is TMNT?
I've been doing staff and nunchaku flow for well over a decade. Not only does it train flow in your body but now i can sweep like a MADMAN. Seriously, any tool in my hand I feel like I have full control over and it helps in working efficiently and quickly. Also when you get good at flow arts they are a ton of fun to do and look super awesome. Especially chucks lol. Gl people~ go spin a stick from home depot lol
This is exactly the type of channel I was looking for. Something that covers both physical and mental training.
Recently ive been invested in deathstroke strength and skills so this is exactly what i needed
Computational Meditation is mentioned in Doc Savage stories where his workout is spoken of. In addition to all the other stuff Doc does, he's also constantly juggling various mathematics in his mind alongside his other exercises.
A training about the TaskMaster would be awesome and a nice complement to this video
Next up, training like the chef from ratatouille
Id be interested to see how deathstroke could perceive depth considering he only has one eye and can fight and preform acrobatics at such a high degree.
What about a Punisher workout? In my opinion The Punisher is one of the coolest character’s
Deathstroke is better
You’ve really got me obsessed with cognitive/motor training. I feel like it’s an attribute that’s EXTREMELY overlooked and could give all of us a massive benefit against our opponent. Thumbs’d up as always my dude.
Weight training does decrease cognitive decline after all.
Instruction unclear. Became a brain
What's the name of that John Rombo movie clip
Bro, a couple of days ago, I was searching for some Deathstroke training on your channel. Perfect Timing!!!! Keep up the great content!
Informative and motivating. As always.
Imediatly clicked off the video i was watching when this noti came up
I know you've kind of touched on it in other videos but I'd love a full James bond training video. Anyway keep up the good work in a UA-cam world where there is no much fitness nonsense out there I'm glad to see more people finding about your great content.
Lucid dreaming video?
I thought 9x faster than the average viewer and bought the SFT book as soon as you announced it and I'm grateful for it. Seriously though, folks, if you haven't gotten it yet, you really need to. It's really like having 100's of hours of research and 10x more than that in value. The price is a steal!
Honestly Adam, every time I think you can't outdo yourself, you (thankfully, gratefully) prove me wrong. I am terrible at arithmetic, and I am working on it, but the idea Computational Meditation seems like a great experiment to perform. I've got to figure out a way to measure the progress and get started. Thanks for the great video, quality information, and the books.
P.S. The Reakt game was very intriguing! Strangely, I found myself dodging in my seat at the dining table. I wonder how that involuntary reaction came about. Ideas, anyone?
Just something I thought while watching the video, a great example of working memory is blindfolded chess
where is the deathstroke footage from?
Deathstroke is epic in the Titans series.
10:05 from which movie is this?
Spider-man mobility !!!
Such a good Channel, breath of fresh air amongst all the fitness channels spouting the same stuff everyone already knows.
What was that scene with stallone
Let’s next Winter Soldier
Georges St Pierre mentioned on his recent podcast with Joe Rogan that after reaction based training he'd get worked in sparring because his central nervous system was spent.
Something to consider when incorporating this kind of training, everything needs recovery.
Thank you bioneer I have ben watching your videos and man please don't stop your videos are very informational and I personally don't understand why other people don't educate people on fitness and the mind like you do mabey because it's easier to well just do things easier but you have ben really helping me out and I really appreciate it

VR training, interests me greatly but i cannot justify a rift when Facebook is doing so many unsavoury things with big data. 6:00
As far as I am concerned, I'd go for vr. Use a dummy account, use some privacy software, you should be good.
It's not like that they actually know what to do with all that precious big data anyhow. In my opinion.
I'm not aware of any data that a vr system could share about me that would make any impact on my, or anyones future life. I would put it down to conspiracy theories :) what sensible data would they gain access to? And doesn't vr have an offline mode? Don't have the room for a setup myself, so I really have no idea
I stay away from Facebook and WhatsApp and whatnot myself, but I wouldn't go so far and deny myself a great opportunity for training. Big data isn't worth that much, not in regards to using such a system as a gamer- or fitness-dude / -person / -circle
Just my opinion of course :)

Loving your videos, and understanding most of the concepts too.
