I used to suffer anxiety attacks and sleepless nights on the regular. Taking a 500mg Magnesium Glycinate capsule right before bed has been a God send! My panic attacks are now nonexistent and can relax enough to get decent night’s sleep. I can’t recommend it enough!
Talk to your doctor? With all due respect, the majority of doctors are not the ones you should talk to about nutrition. They are trained to give you medication for your symptoms and not to advise you on what food to eat to avoid getting sick in the first place.
Exactly! When is the last time your doctor checked your magnesium levels? PCPs wait until you have some random issue and then prescribe some drug that has side effects.
Magnesium helps me. I need extra. Been taking it for a few years. Keeps me regular & helps with headaches & my joints. I don’t use Tic Toc. Not a place I would get advice from.
Most people are deficient in their magnesium intake. I was one of them until a couple of weeks ago. I'm 63 and I've had back pain as well as other health issues for years. I just started supplementing 240 mgs of magnesium glycinate 2 weeks ago and two days ago I doubled it. One at noon, one at bedtime. The pain is gone and I feel much more relaxed. Everyone should consider using these supplements. Do some research and check with your doctor. I can tell you I will be taking them for as long as I live now!
Magnesium is probably the most noticeable supplement you can’t take, especially if you don’t get enough of it as it’s so hard to get enough through foods, you will see a massive difference taking it
It is very difficult to get the amount of magnesium you need with food alone. You would need to eat several foods rich in it consistently which just isn’t practical. Most people at the minimum should take a good multivitamin that has some magnesium.
I am 58 and for as long as I can remember I have been a really bad sleeper. 4-5 hours per night . I started taking magnesium supplements now I am sleeping 8-9 hours a night. Also less anxiety. I also had severe thigh pain and it gone. I do take vit D and omega 3,6,9. And B complex.
I eat healthy but the problem is not us it’s the food that is produced is no longer grown naturally so we don’t get enough vitamins. Magnesium works miracle with my mood. They don’t prescribe it in England unfortunately, until I went away a private doctor in Morocco prescribed it and my mood and sleep changes for the better.
magnesium is very good to take most people don't get enough these days, food is not enough to get it from due to pesticides and bad fertilisers that prehibits the greens from taking in the magnesium. so we eat food that does not have the amount of minerals it had 50 years ago. that's why taking a good supplement is a good idea. Magnesium chloride oil is also very good and does not give you the runs
There are many types of magnesium supplements.......magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfide, magnesium glycenate and various other types. They all have different qualities and affect the body differently. Some of them are not beneficial and hard for the body to absorb. So, before you decide to take magnesium, research what type of magnesium you decide to utilize for your health.
Funnily enough over a decade ago there was the "ice bucket challenge". It was to raise awareness and money for ALS or whatever, but people turned it into a game.
“Do taking”???? Ahhhh….no. Embarrassing and painful to read this title. How about “Does taking” or “Do magnesium supplements…”??? Please learn proper subject-verb conjugation before posting videos. Sad. Really sad.

No one eats leafy green vegetables for long periods though. We get on a kick for a week or so.

What is magnesium
A bunch of journalists that can’t really journal, and an expert that got a mail order nutrition degree.
I swear if Tic Tock told people to dump ice water over their heads they would do it!
Probably true but Magnesium is the real deal.
