Such creativity and versatility! I comment how I could eat fish every meal, and you leave us with one meal for every night of the week (we're on our own to take inspiration from you for the 7th - ha!). I really love how your videos make healthy and delicious cooking so accessible for everyone - you're a true gem! Thank you! Made something very similar to the honey and soy glazed salmon last night and it was fantastic. Tomorrow night will be whole red snapper (stuffed with lemon, garlic, rosemary, and thyme), which is another favourite treat! In a few nights I'll probably do salmon in a blueberry sauce (which was my son's favourite when he was little - it was "eat like a bear night", lol!) On another note, I am convinced that salmon is up at the top (if not the top) for a protein based superfood. In my own personal experience from a number of years ago, I found myself healing twice as fast as normal from surgery, surprising the nurse that was stopping by to check in on my progress when recovering. I was purposefully eating two servings worth of salmon a day as I figured it was perfect for easy digestion, healthy fats, vitamins, and high protein for tissue repair, and she agreed there likely might be something to it. I fully recommend to anyone in recovery to seriously consider incorporating salmon into their diet!

My favourite fish ever! Love it so much and eat it in many ways even raw!!! Honestly I love it's ear taste more than when it's cooked or fried. The taste after the temperature when the salmon cooks change the salmon's taste absolutely! For me when eating natural salmon as it is without cooking it just putting on the bread or on pasta or potato is so delicious and it more tender and soft really. And when it's cooked its not so much tender. Anyway sometimes I love cooking it to fry it it's also delicious. I am so glad to have all your salmon recipes. I'll cook the salmon with your recipes exactly like yours! Your salmon recipes is perfection! 😍😍

Excellent video! My best friend and I love salmon! Almost 25 years ago, right after my mom passed away, my parents’ best friends invited my dad and me for dinner. We were served salmon filets drizzled and baked with equal parts maple syrup and Dijon mustard. That’s the way I’ve eaten salmon since then. These gorgeous recipes are definitely going to be added to our salmon repertoire.
That salmon with spaghetti is one of my favourite dishes of all time. But! I never skip to add also some finely chopped green onions. They make huge difference to me..❤❤❤

Cooking is relaxing? Yep I almost dozed off I’m so relaxed with the music. My dog Sampson really loves salmon and tuna. He’s a Staffordshire. These recipes are fabulous!
Many people are not aware there are about 5 - 6 different varieties of salmon available in the market. Domestic Atlantic salmon, Pacific salmon, King Chinook Salmon, white King Salmon, red Sockeye Salmon, Coho silver Salmon, then you have Steelhead, often called a trout, a delicious whole fish or fillet. Each has its own special taste and use. Some more dry, others colored white, to rose, to red. The fat level of each different, the taste different also.
I did the salmon spaghetti with cream sauce, but I had no dill, threw in fresh tarragon instead. It went particularly well with the dry sauv blanc I used for cooking and pairing. Also had to cheat with some lemon zest I froze in summer. Still delicious and amazing. Will re make when I find dill.
....Sammy is one of my favourites...I will admit I have not e v e r had Salmon Spaghetti....( Asparagus is my favourite vegetable)...so watching this was indeed a treat ,.... since I used to " experiment " ( lol) a lot in regards to cooking ... however, this was a " New Recipe", for me ( Seldom happens,lol! ) I dont cook as much as I did in previous years( daughters are grown/ on thier own,etc. and am nearing 70 years young this year ) but I still enjoy cooking a few times a week. ...your style, your Recipes are creative, top notch and so appreciated! ...and the Photography/ Video Scenes...of the landscapes, and water ....really a " wow" .
