Got caught up binge watching of your videos tonight. I started with the first two and one that you would learn in a restaurant and next thing I know it’s an hour and a half later. Really liked the ribeye steak recipe that’s near to my heart.

I made this tonight. Wonderful! I only used two pieces of salmon, but the leftover sauce will be perfect for some linguine and more spinach (lol) and tomatoes! Love your videos of cooking...so soothing and teaching me new ways. I love the sound too of the kids in the background, and especially the dogs too! It's a real home!
