Lisa, thank you so much for this recipe! I have some frozen, wild caught salmon in my freezer and will make them using your recipe for my Sunday dinner tomorrow.
Would you be willing to do a video on shrimp?
I have tons of shrimp and am tired of making garlicky butter shrimp. I’d love some variations on making healthy simple dishes that feature shrimp.

My dad bought a ton of salmon and then left for vacation, so this was a great way for me to cook it all before it went bad. We happened to have all of the ingredients on hand, so I made it while the baby was sleeping, and made a side of rice and broccoli while the salmon baked. It came together so quickly and it tasted really good! I was pleased with the results because I’m not too confident with cooking fish. But this was easy and tasty and almost no mess!

Tried this recipe last night. I usually like my salmon medium-rare. I checked the salmon after baking for 12 mins & at 15 mins. Finally, it took 20 mins to reach my desired doneness. I recommend that the minced garlic should be pre-cooked in a pan before putting on the raw salmons. Otherwise, the garlic still tastes raw after the salmons r baked. Also, next time, I would replace the butter with olive oil.

I never even realized that I was buying sockeye the driest salmon around and none of my family liked it. Then we went to the Norwegian farm raised from Whole Foods and of course everyone loved it but it wasn’t wild! Then I tried king 🤴 omg! Game changer!!! Now were all happy and healthy. Thanks so much l!

Looks delicious. I'll definitely try it. I've been using the same soy sauce based salmon recipe and I'm tired of it. This is what I've been looking for. 😊 I'm new to your channel and enjoy your pleasant and friendly style. My hint: try nylon brushes instead of standard brushes which are so difficult to clean, especially the oil. A friend gave me a couple of nylon brushes and they do a great job. Cleaning is so easy; they can even be cleaned in the dishwasher.
