Tabby Casas there's a butcher shop here in Los Angeles that are known for having the best meat for barbecues. It's so popular that they overcharge customers lining up to buy their meat. I seen them add sunny D years ago when preparing the ranchera meat so I stole the recipe from them.

by adding seasoning salt and adding garlic salt, the main ingredients in those is SALT. Be careful you don't add too much salt it will come out too salty. too much sodium is not good for your heart, it raises your blood pressure.... just a little advice try using seasonings with no salt and then add salt separately. Like maybe some pink Himalayan sea salt. Which does not raise your blood pressure at all. it actually has 84 trace minerals.... by the way nice video!... just try using plain garlic powder and seasoning without salt ...😎

For someone on a reduced sodium diet. Can't GARLIC POWDER be used instead of GARLIC SALT? Since you're adding SEASONED SALT? That seems like a lot of sodium. Is it flavor that is lost if using the powder?

Tiffiny's World Thanks you! I don’t drink beer either the alcohol evaporates out. You can even add about 1/4 of a cup. If you really don’t want it in add orange juice that is good too about 2-3 oranges just the juice depending of how much your making. 😊
