On the 5th of January it will be a year of me doing your work outs every single day. I've lost 5 and a half stone and gone from a size 22/24 to a 12/14 but most importantly my mental transformation has changed so much. I'm so much more confident now and I look at things in a much more positive way. I may look great on the outside but on the inside I feel even greater. I can't thank you enough Joe for everything you have done for me,its because of you I'm the person I am both physically and mentally and you have helped to change me in so many ways. I just did this for the first time, and got through using the easier version. At 81 I'm rather pleased. I normally do one of the 20 minute versions from September 2020. The only thing I can't do is press-ups, as I have a shoulder problem. Thank you, Joe.
I'm isolated in a quarantine hotel in New Zealand after visiting my family in America. Being isolated for 10 days is something else. I've been doing your workouts every day. Thanks for helping me keep my body and mind fit and healthy. Trish
For some crazy reason I decided to do 40/20. Just when I thought I might pass out it was the plank and slow walk outs. I’m proud I managed 40 secs of squat jumps at the end without stopping, I couldn’t breathe after though! Thanks so much Joe x
