I’m feeling a bit down with the cold and the dark mornings and evenings so I thought I’d do some PE with Joe workouts to cheer me up. This made me smile and educated me all over again. Thank you Joe x p.s. could we have a one off PE with Joe half term special?! x
I did 40/20 and with it being so humid I’m running with sweat! I do enjoy this one and push myself with full burpees in both rounds. Thanks so much Joe x

great to see something new. I also added 5 sec to each and ended up blowing and sweating.
Just done this workout. Two years after completing the 90 day plan and the Grad plan. I'm not where I was fitness wise, but I made it through- even if I skipped the burpee moves, as my 8kg dumbells are round, so not stable enough to hold my weight. Any excuse hey?! 😂 This workout was a beast! Sweat is dripping off me!

Thanks for the new HIIT. I felt like it was too easy for intermediate, I had to up the time on and make the moves harder. I wouldn’t say I’m advanced either. Maybe incorporate a warm up in the video as sometimes I feel like you use some of the exercises as a warm up.

I've just done this workout and usually love them but I wouldn't describe this as intermediate. It was more beginner level. Although in the 2nd set you say, you can increase the time it would have been helpful to have said that at the beginning so you can adjust accordingly.

Any advise anyone, I am completely fucked by 17 mins and really struggle from there especially squats. I also have an uneven hip which makes it harder as I buckle easily
Same here, was completely wiped out. Just keep going, the more you repeat it every other day, the stronger your muscles, the easier it gets. Don’t forget to do stretches after. Was bummed he didn’t include stretching, very important.
