Great stuff Joe. I am doing this 4 or 5 times a week I did all the PE lessons, but at age 70 this suits me better. I am stronger and more flexible. The big bonus is some of my painful joints don't hurt any more. 😁

Thanks Joe, you kept m going in solo lockdown and I am carrying on. 65 yrs young now and feel fitter than I did in my 40s. Have to do a few substitutions but the plank is no problem now 👍

I do this in the garden so sometimes can't hear the bleep. The timer really helped :)

It's the magic of the body coach. Other p.e. gurus train and make workouts for people already in shape - already in PRETTY GOOD shape -. But he makes workouts for everybody. I believe he even has videos with workouts for the elderly? And I do not need to mention P.E With Joe, and all these kids exercising during months all around the globe.
Like, normal people, MOST of the people, can improve, exercise and not feel frustrated, because we can do these workouts, improve, and feel our bodies changing, becoming stronger.
I will be forever thankful to Joe.
Great 20 minute-er. Just done it on a boiling hot afternoon, after another session at the crack of dawn this morning, and feel great for it. Whilst I still "oh no" at burpees, never thought I'd be able to do them without stopping... sometimes I even add on a few extra if I feel I've been slacking!! :)
No booze for 3 weeks...daily workout...my mental state all down to you Joe...can’t thank you enough!

Nice one Joe. I do like the “no repeat” workouts. Really like this one alternating (ish) lower and upper body exercises for variation while doing it. Added to my list of “getting up routines”

Not sure why, but this is the first time I've seen this workout. 2 years after you created it. As always, I know you're unlikely to read this, but every message I write is a thank you for making and keeping me really fit. It adds to the number of messages and views in any case. 👍🏼🙏🏼
It might be 35/25, but go flat out for a perfect hardcore HIIT.
This 35/25 is great for really putting the effort in but getting just enough rest. A couple of times I was done to failure and I finished gasping for cold air! 🥵🥵🥵💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

That workout has killed me off! I've put on 3st this past year or so, so things are definitely harder for me now. Gutted I struggled to do it but this is only day one...

Yes! i Agree with Maria, it's much better that you have done day 1, rather than having not done it. After all, the start is always the hardest. Just keep at it, that's all that matters. Hope you're still doing these amazing workouts :)

Good mixture of exercises. I like the clock because I exercise early when my family are asleep so have my volume so low I can’t always hear the beep! Unfortunately I found myself clock watching too much so will have to stop doing that!
I'm still doing this same workout for a few months now. One of the most well balanced and yet challenging workouts I have run across. Love the timer on screen too. Cheers Joe!

I have to say this is one of my favourites because it covers all aspects in terms of upper, lower body, cardio and abs. I don't necessarily eat his meals but thanks to Joe, I do think about what I'm having for my meals and to make them as healthy as possible. Cheers, Joe!
