Another fantastic workout just got back in to my nightly routine after my gym or should I say kitchen was being renewed. You can do your workouts with limited space and bodyweight workouts require just a towel and a drinks bottle. Keep it up joe 👏

I’m on day 2. Am being careful because of recent knee replacement. What I find most difficult is the constant up and down from the floor. Couldn’t the floor exercises being linked together more ?

Been reworking through the Grad Plan (OG) but really needed a change up today and this workout was perfect timing! Opted for 2 rounds with a 2 minute rest in the middle and used ankle weights on the first round. Round 2 was sickening 😰
