Day 2 done for a 3rd time, rather than complete the rest after my holiday I have started again. I did 40/20, pushed myself as much as I could. That last move was a relief! Thanks so much Joe x
It’s only day 2 but I’m enjoying this new 7DoS. I did 40/20 and think I could probably do 45/15 next time. And of course it was the mat Joe 😂 Thanks so much Joe for giving us new UA-cam workouts x
Shirt off! I've two things to say about this. Firstly, you'll get more people tuning in to admire your body! And secondly, it's a great incentive for us to work hard to try and achieve a strong body like yours Joe. Thanks for a great workout.
Just getting back into fitness - been trying to do one of Joe’s workouts 4 times a week for a couple of weeks now and loving it - it’s helping my mental health so much… but is it normal to also put on weight - I appear to have gained 3 lbs at least and I’m not eating anymore than I did before! 😮 Also - Joe please include exercises suitable for those of us with diastasis recti! 😊
