Yo barbarianbody u always strongly highlight progressive overload in some of ur vids, but wat do i do if i do not have access to all weights.....like i have 5kg,7.5kg,12.5kg,15kg etc. Then how do i increase my intensity ?
I was going hard for a week straight while hitting my calories, carbs, and protein goals. I dont see any change whatsoever. It actually looks like I LOST muscle. I gave up
That’s just your body adapting to change. Just like everything it will take time. most people don’t see results until after 4 weeks and then at 8 weeks you’ll see the results you’re looking for if you’re committed.

Intermediate 3-4 sets
Advanced 5 sets
Close Grip or Diamond Push-Ups 15 reps
Pylometric Push-Ups 20 reps
Wide Grip Overhead Press 10 reps
Alternating Front Raise 16 reps
Standing Chest Flys 8 reps
Tricep Kickbacks 10 reps
Overhead Extensions 10 reps

Doing these exercises on busy days helped a lot. The soreness has been kicking in the most on my triceps 😃

it's kind of bare minimum equipment for working out not everyone has benches and pull up bars and that stuff
