I don't have the standing side delts machine but the seated one right next to it I do at my gym. I've noticed my side delts growing a lot from that seated one. Love it!
How do you play? Like do you use light/heavy weight, how many reps, how do you put your arms, do you bend and hold the grip or just keep them extended to simulate the normal dumbbell excecise? Do you make an agle from your shoulder, and from the forearm? Sorry for all these questions XD

You always train side delt with light weights and high reps I do that a week like this And the next week with heavy weight and low reps 8.12 I'm talking just about the rear and side delt

As I passed right by him, he had earbuds in and I loudly said, "You're right in the middle of the path!" He yelled from shock. It was so funny, but sad. whatever works best for you, I usually stick between the 6-12 rep range for compound movements and 10-20 for isolation movements / small muscle parts
