I don't always touch the db but when I do I curl with 50lbs at the gym 💪 😏 flex on them all. How you get that trap and neck you bulked up sick 🔥🏆sheesh
I did calisthenics every day for biceps and triceps, I’m 5 6 and due to my low triceps insertion I got 17 inch but 20% of bf due to quarantine. Basically I trained like an inmate high volume every day until I could move them. The con of calisthenics for me was permanent pain to forearms which obviously were forced to grow. Now I’m getting to 13% but arms ar like 16 inc but way more proportional to my height.

What should I do to get my abs visible without “flexing”? Also as a ectomorph which workouts should I start out with and what should be my dietary intake since I don’t eat seafood or pork? To get your abs more revealed, obviously you need lower body-fat percentage, but also muscle mass built in the abs. And just remember this, 99% of all the abs you see on screen, pictures or magazines, they’re not relaxed ;)
I have a question, so my biceps aren't sore the day after but I know my workouts are intense bc at times it hurts after the rep to the point of almost tears so I don't understand it. Will they still grow sufficiently?
I have similar problem and still cant find solution. Almost every group of muscles are growing since I started working out in last 6 months, including triceps, but biceps just wont grow, it gets huge after I finish my biceps workout routine but after few hours all biceps gains are gone.

if you are doing the workout right, you shouldn’t really need 4 sets. get heavier weights

how many exercises do you do usually on a bicep day?
@@sean.momentum just 3-4 bicep exercises but i do supersets along with triceps too. So 6-8 different exercises. 3-4 supersets

You should follow-along. When I’m talking to explain the next exercise you get a 5-10 sec rest between each exercise
