    67 yo and in pretty good shape. I did two set of this workout ( 15 lbs weights ) along with your tricep workout and my arms are sore today. Feels good and I'll repeat on Tuesday.

    I started watching you a couple years ago when I started working out ..I gave up due to depression and stress of covid . But now I'm giving it another go . I'm glad to see your one of the guys thats stayed true natty.. others claim they are but their look tells me different . ..im trying to gain muscle and lose some belly fat that I've put on past 2 years

      if you are doing the workout right, you shouldn’t really need 4 sets. get heavier weights

    Love these type of workouts. Time under tension is my favorite with biceps though. The wall curls are a killer!

    I don't always touch the db but when I do I curl with 50lbs at the gym 💪 😏 flex on them all. How you get that trap and neck you bulked up sick 🔥🏆sheesh

    Did 3 times. First round 52.5 lb dbs, 2nd round 45 lb dbs, 3rd round 35 lb dbs. Very sweaty and tired. Great workout.

      @@sean.momentum just 3-4 bicep exercises but i do supersets along with triceps too. So 6-8 different exercises. 3-4 supersets

      You should follow-along. When I’m talking to explain the next exercise you get a 5-10 sec rest between each exercise

    I did calisthenics every day for biceps and triceps, I’m 5 6 and due to my low triceps insertion I got 17 inch but 20% of bf due to quarantine. Basically I trained like an inmate high volume every day until I could move them. The con of calisthenics for me was permanent pain to forearms which obviously were forced to grow.
    Now I’m getting to 13% but arms ar like 16 inc but way more proportional to my height.

    Hey I’m 14 and I somehow weigh 104.4 Lbs and I wanna get a lean fit physique (Brad Pitt, Michael Phelps, and etc) My abs are there but only when I flex / suck in air. What should I do to get my abs visible without “flexing”? Also as a ectomorph which workouts should I start out with and what should be my dietary intake since I don’t eat seafood or pork? Sorry for all the questions but I wanna set myself up early for this goal. 💪🏽 Thanks in advance!

      To get your abs more revealed, obviously you need lower body-fat percentage, but also muscle mass built in the abs. And just remember this, 99% of all the abs you see on screen, pictures or magazines, they’re not relaxed ;)

    I have a question, so my biceps aren't sore the day after but I know my workouts are intense bc at times it hurts after the rep to the point of almost tears so I don't understand it. Will they still grow sufficiently?

      I have similar problem and still cant find solution. Almost every group of muscles are growing since I started working out in last 6 months, including triceps, but biceps just wont grow, it gets huge after I finish my biceps workout routine but after few hours all biceps gains are gone.
