Chest and triceps are one of my favourite exercises, so I thought I could breeze through this with 20lb dumbbells. Yeah right, could barely make it through 2 sets and my chest and tris are pounding. Killer workout!

I truly enjoy your videos because you're approachable and make working out more about baby steps rather than making progress seem as unattainable. Thanks to your videos and motivation, I've seen major progress with my body. For a long time I felt uncomfortable lifting weights or using weight machines. I would stick to the cardio machines and or swimming. But I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Then I found your videos. I practiced your routines at home and then forced myself to get comfortable at the gym. Now I'm doing it. Thank you! I look forward to your videos for new for new killer workouts.

So, funny story. I have a cheapo barbell that's hollow in my shed gym, and i went to pick it up, and about 100 fire ants came out, so i couldn't work out in the shed. I figured I wouldn't get a good workout from this, but holy shit this killed me. I can barely type this right now. I'm 15 btw 😂😂😂

Neeraj Prashanth hold the dumbbells lower when doing the exercises you can feel the activation more then just holding infront of your face try doing the exercises with the dumbbells near your rip cage.

I usually do some body weight targeting both areas then cool off with some weights. Cardio comes later on with jiu jitsu 🙏🏼
