Ya as long as you have started Ranni's quest Blaidd will show up at the festival. He even mentions being worried we were dead because we missed the meeting with him underground. I did the festival right after starting her quest and after the fight Blaidd was waiting at the grace like normal.

For anyone having some trouble with the quest in terms of steps if you kill radhan before talking to ranninyou basically skip until you need to get the finger slayer blade

I wasn’t sure if burning the erdtree would allow me to access the rammi ending ages of the stars I thought lighting the tree would only allow the frenzied flame ending this helped a lot cos I was confused how to get ranni’s ending thanks I appreciate the clear and simple instructions
Glad to help. I believe the only ending with burning the tree differently is when you burn the tree yourself instead of Melina doing it. But that's the "bad" ending

Clean and precise tutorial! Only thing I would ask is if you slow down some of the fast forward parts other then that 10/10! I must have clicked through 6 videos of how to get the tiche summon and most guys had ridiculous long intros then finally they would give a half ass way of getting it! You on the other hand cut all the fat and just gave us the good stuff! I appreciate you!

Well. I did all this by discovery on my first playthrough.. Now had to speed redo it on my NG+ was super fast now tough :) TX for the steps. My first game experience, I've taken frenzy by not knowing haha.. Then did all just for the needle to get rid of it.

so I cant do this questline because Blaidd is in a different place and its just the ghost of him in Mistwood instead of on that cliff because I've defeated Radahn. Gotta say this game is really starting to piss me off with how many of these questlines I get stuck on simply for being at a different stage in the game
@@benndavidson7733 u can still do the quest line for ranni and nearing the end of the quest bllaid will appear just skip the parts in the vid where u talk to bllaid and focus on the ranni stuff I did the same thing when I first played the game and it worked. Side not there is a evergeol u can free bllaid from
Watching this after the radahn fight. The way you casually said good luck before teleporting through the portal made me believe it was going to be an easy fight. Boy was I wrong. I had never spent more than a day on a boss until this dude decided to show up but I finally did it without summons and torret

for anyone struggling with astel… My build was the following and it worked very well. took me a few attempts but was definitely doable. got some lucky RNG on the pattern of the boss and he went down in 60 seconds. Bloody Helice +9 Fingerprint shield +13 Godrick soldiers helm Land of Reeds armor Cleanrot gauntlets Godrick soldiers greaves Virvivian Amber Medallion +1 Green turtle talisman bull goats talisman great shield talisman Mimic summon +7 Basically the build is just to sit behind your shield and poke his head. i have the ash of war on the shield that stops stamina from getting lost as much when you guard an attack. I can’t remember the name but it’s in Iron Pineapple’s video on youtube “can you beat elden ring on max capacity load” or something. sorry. Basically you get into the fight and do the following: avoid the laser beam. summon your mimic. Get to the boss and start poking. if he does the grab attack you have to be ready to dodge but other than that you just hit him for all its worth and proc bleed a few times. he goes down quick with all the upgraded gear.
Thank GOD for this video mate, was trying to get this ending and had defected Godrick and was starting to get worried that I locked myself out of the ending. Was getting ready to restart a 15 hour playthru….😢

Renna’s rise had Ranni’s armor set in a chest when you turn around just after going up the ladder. Not sure if that was there before though.

Astel can be shredded super easy with the lion great bow’ special attack Radahn’s Rain. You can use the remeberance from radahn to get the bow.

Anyone else not having blaidd showing up?
A few people have experienced that he doesn't show, but just continue on from the next point of the video. It should be fine from there.
Go to forlorn hound evergaol and defeat the boss then rest at site of grace then talk to the evergoal centre and you can free blaidd

It's not the end of the world, the quest isn't broken for you, you can still get the fingerslayer blade and continue the rest

I was tryna talk with the sorcerer and I go to his tower and he was already dead does that mean I can’t do the quest line?
That means you've advanced too far into the game. After you give Ranni the dagger, they all leave.
