Dear Emma thank you very much for this new lesson. Absolutely wonderful! You are an artist of yoga, with fantasy, creativity and with great professionality! Working with you is like dancing with body and life.GOD BLESS YOU Cecilia
Yes, the sound on this one was perfect ! Very fluid, loved the transitions (skandasana to shIva squat, great ! !) ; and I really appreciate when you create a circular motion (kind of mandala flow) on the mat 😀I couldn't put weight on my knees (little issue on my tibia), so, in your main flow, instead of low lunge I did side plank before shiva squat, worked well too😉 Namaste from France 🙏
Thanks, Karine! I'm glad you found something that worked for your practice. Each day is different so it's great to make some changes when you need to. Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi Emma, like your videos so much! Do you do other exercises besides yoga? I’ve been practiced yoga for three years just for interest but of course some postures like head stand stuck halfway which makes me a little frustrated, I think I’m still needing more strength, can I gain strength just by practicing yoga? Or do I need to do more gym exercises too? Thank you!
Hi! I workout in the gym in addition to yoga. I believe you can gain a lot of strength solely from yoga, but personally like to supplement with weights to increase my strength. I always recommend people find exercises they enjoy doing, anything from hiking to swimming to weightlifting, as it's much easier to stick with something if you enjoy it!
