That is the best - or when you realize you've been practicing for an hour when you thought it was only 30 minutes. That means you're having fun, and I'm so happy to hear that! With bhekasana - totally, wrist mobility plays a big role. It is a challenging pose all around. Glad you enjoyed!
Hi Emma, thank you very very much for your explanation under "posture lab", for the second question I asked, it's actually happens here😄if you could have a look 27:49, that is the posture I'm talking about, apologise that I didn't make it clear😅 I mean I can do the hand/leg separately like 26:35 with fingers pointing forward but since you posted this vido, I've been practing 27:49 ( if fingers not keep forward like 27:29, I can but doesn't feel much stretch like 27:49) , but still not able to ......thank you !
My apologies! This is bhekasana, a very challenging pose especially on the knees. Not everyone can or should do it, especially if it causes knee pain. I'd recommend trying with a strap first!
Yay you cued my fav pigeon variation😀-t was a nice flow, I had just some difficulties to flip the grip in full frog (especially on my injured shouldert side), though it was easy on the ardha version (probably thanks to the leverage of the forearm on the mat). Anyway, thank you Emma for your creativity🙏🙏
