if you did not notice, 9:00 the panel is a reference to the famous part 3 panel, dio vs jotaro when jotaro approaches him, here rohan is shown in dio's place and paco in jotaro's, this shows how much araki was cookin for his favourite character!!!!
…I’m not so sure it’s a direct reference to that panel. That similar kind of panel also happens in part 4 when Josuke walks up to the guy possessed by Aqua Necklace, even though there’s literally nothing that’s narratively similar between the two. I think it’s just an obvious/subconscious way to frame “two guys directly confronting each other” in a dramatic way. It’s kinda like how in so much anime, when a character is about to “lose their shit,” the camera will always be completely zoomed in on their face with a fisheye lens. I don’t think that means they’re copying/referencing anything specific, it’s just a creative decision that makes sense for anyone to make.
@@lchap0506 you may also be right my friend, but who knows man, araki has unconditional love towards rohan, he probably put him in that way to make him look way more badass than he already is!!!!
Another theory but a bit far fetched, Rohan is the stand in for jotaro's role in part 6 and koichi from part 5, he's visiting foreign land for something, he's japanese and he's powerful. Right now they are facing a stand user while confronting the main jojo. Rohan might be defeated here and have a key role later on
I really, really want Paco's stand to make him a badass up close fighter with increased strength, or vibration bullshit. But I really think the diamond is like the stand arrows and has a will of its own guided by fate.
I like the theory that the Diamond is from SBR, the alternate dimension races were after Diamonds not the holy corpse. And this is one of those alternate dimension diamonds
Agreed that Paco's stand seems way more impressive now. I'm hoping it's not just muscle control, but full body control, and he'll be able to pull off some pillar man shenanigans
6:53, i think its less that he like goes slug into and out of a vent, but more that when he leaped his muscles grabed onto the ceiling sticking him above rohan.
Part of me is hoping that Diamond serves a similar function to the Red Stone of Aja and it serves as a piece for a device that enhances or even evolves Stand abilities… 🤔
Someone else brought this up in another video but in part seven when valentine finds like an alternate universe johnny and gyro, they're looking for diamonds, and maybe this is one of them? Not my idea don't remember who's it was, if you find them please give credit
An idea about the diamond that I have but haven't seen many others talk about is the idea that the diamond might be some kind of reincarnation of the stand arrows. The way it acts, falling out of peoples hand, moving on its own, seemingly phasing through things, it all just reminds me of the stand arrow in part 5 and how it moved around during the final battle between Giorno and Diovolo
So i have a theory regarding Usagi. And after reading this Chapter, Im somewhat convinced. So remember how everyone early on noticed that Jodio, despite being an AU Giorno, but with the addition of aspects similar to Diavolo. (Psychopathy, enjoys selling drugs and making money) Well I theorize that Usagi is and AU Diavolo/Doppio (Stand is in reference to King Crimson), but with aspects of Giorno. 1. The first hint is his introduction, for starters, he's seen wanting to buy drugs from Giorno, but afterwards, hes seen abruptly being invited into the crew in favor of their boss. This is similar to how Giorno was introduced to Buccellati's gang. 2. Both his name and stand ability. If we hear his name, 'Usagi Alohaoe' we notice two things his last name is in reference to Aloahoe a song and term referencing Hawaii, but his first name is noticable as it's japanese. I think Usagi was born in Japan and something happened, resulting in one of his parents remarrying, but to a Hawaiian native, and moving to Hawaii as a result. Kinda like how Giorno is also born as part Japanese, but when his mom remarried, they moved to Italy. His stand may be a clue as Matte Kudasai is a song about a woman waiting for her husband, only for the man to remarry while away on a trip. This could signify that maybe Usagi was caught up in a situation like this but with his parents. 3. Finally he seems to know more about Stands. Despite his fun laid back demeaner, he understands more about who can have stands. Which makes me think that The Matte Kudasai, can do so much more that Usagi is keeping to himself. Kinda like how Giorno didnt give away what his full ability was when he started in the gang. This also tells me that he's potentially been in Stand battles as well. Just my thoughts based on what Ive seen
Y’know, it’s been a while since we’ve had an animal Stand-User as an ally. If not the cat, then I would love for the gang to get a dog-Stand-User akin to Iggy in this part. I can only imagine the hijinks that would go down! 😆
If we're getting an animal party member, I hope it's like a snake or Lizard, because we've already gotten dogs, cats, and plankton (FF counts on a technicality but still).
@@derpfluidvariant0916 I actually wouldn’t mind seeing something like an iguana as a heroic stand-user. 😁 I just figured that we’d get a reboot Iggy before getting a whole new animal stand-user as an ally… 🤔
It can't be, this is a fully separate universe and not the result of part 6's ending. And the idea that this Rohan is the same as the og Rohan can be disproven by the fact that he reads that Dragona is a Joestar and has no reaction.
Imagine if this is the original Rohan because he wrote something dumb like "Rohan Kishibe will never miss a deadline unless he is dead." On himself thus making him retain his soul after MIH. What's worse (or better) is that this is the perfect time for Araki to troll us by acknowledging that this IS a remnant of the "first universe" but Rohan has zero intention of returning due to the new stimuli for manga and that he's too open minded of new experiences to have any regrets or longing for his previous life.
My favourite part of this chapter was when Rohan caught that housecat and unhinged his jaw and swallowed it whole.
Rohan was never the same after going to Peru
My favorite part was right after that, when Jerma showed up and started doing the yoinky sploinky
I don't think Paco went into the vents. I just think he latched on his back muscle to the vent to hang from the ceiling.
At first I didn’t think the hustle could be used very well in combat but after this chapter it looks like paco could get pretty creative with it
i think the hustle entire ability is based of the pillarmen ability to freely manipulate their body

Theory: The Diamond is a weird sort of Stand Arrow that gave the cats it's stand in order to save itself.

Paco's stand is like a better diver down without the damage absorption ability
@@kielpogi8062 That's a weird comparison.
I love how Crazy this Diamond is.. wonder if it’s Unbreakable too?
Its also Shining and not Crash
another funny thing about paco wearing a mask is that his cap and belt are branded with his name xD
I like the theory that the Diamond is from SBR, the alternate dimension races were after Diamonds not the holy corpse. And this is one of those alternate dimension diamonds
Bro that would be…
Crazy.
If the next chapter has Rohan explaining with exposition how there are six more Diamonds that hold the power to create miracles, I'm going to lose it
Rohan the Hedgehog

I swear if it's something like Rohan is THE one from part 4 I'm going to go crazy.
I kinda hope so
Nice video, good commentary on the chapter.
rohan will to get that crazy diamond back is umbreakable
Maybe the rain can't be seen by normal people
I would figure as much, no other direct effect of a stand has been seen by a non-stand user before.
what if the diamond is one of those diamonds from the alternate universes in steel ball run
It's probably that the Diamond is Unbreakable.
I'll see myself out.
Rohan would probably be disappointed with my life lol
Wait how has no one made the connection between the diamond here and the diamonds from the alternative universes from part 7.
I’m wondering if this Rohan is the same one from the previous universe…if so how does he feel about losing everyone he knew?

That's not how MIH works, and the ending of part 6 has nothing to do with later parts
It isnt the universe after MIH its completely seperate.
