I’m not Arab or Egyptian but I know for sure that the Avdol one is Classical Arabic, and it’s quite different from the Egyptian Dialect, but I get that it’s extremely hard to find a Va to perform such different dialects

Wamuu’s Spanish voice is perfect. It’s so intense and intimidating. I haven’t seen anyone talk about Diavolo’s Italian though. I thought it was amazing, especially at the transition where he changes from Doppio.
Wammu's dub isn't official tho, he was portrayed by Thanos' voice actor but just as a high quality fandub. Yeah, but that "languages" aren't languages at all. They are dialects, but the series didn't explained if they were aztecas or mayas and is way too difficult to have that kind of dubbing because they or most of them speak Spanish. I think translating to the origin country is fine.

It is because the phonetics handled in the Hispanic language makes the "H" and "J" sound the same in some cases. Doing that; Instead of saying "Hamon" sound like "Jamon" with force at first.

He had absolutely no good moments or interaction with any of the main, and much more likable, characters. He contributed nothing to the team and wanted to leave so badly. The only moment I can think of where he does something of use out of his own will is when he saves Polnareff, but it was too late for me to like him.

Giorno is Japanese but he moved to Italy since he was a kid, I'd assume he'd be speaking Italian much more than Japanese. That was my case when I moved from Latin America to an English speaking country as a kid

In that dubbing of Whamuu he was hired to do a voice demo for the fans, it still looks great on him.

The only moment I can think of where he does something of use out of his own will is when he saves Polnareff, but it was too late for me to like him.
