Dogumentary TV has teamed up with Oscar Mora of Elevated Canine Academy to bring you Dog Training Fundamentals. This series is an introduction series into dog training. In lesson two, Oscar goes over charging the "good and get it" markers, which is the beginning to getting a solid recall on your dog. - Домашні улюбленці та дикі тварини
Channels like this makes UA-cam a beautiful thing
Delton Lifeisgood they do he’s training me pretty well and I’m waiting for my treat
Totally. I am about to have a puppy and this is great and useful!
I really like how you show first with a practiced dog and then a less experienced. Very helpful and provides more realistic expectations (& encouragement) to new trainers
Agreed
@@randomrendy6523 ,.!
I actually enjoy the fact it’s different dogs going through the process instead of it just being one, great work!
l
Using an English bulldog to demonstrate your training skills is brave. They are so stubborn and he did so well.
Naaa, I own 3 and they are intelligent. You have to start when they are young.
April S I agree they are very intelligent and you are probably right about starting young it's just my English bulldog is so stubborn and lazy it's unbelievable.
Sara Hughes they are like humans, some are wild and energetic and others are lazy.
Sara Hughes i wouldn't say they are stubborn. you just have to find the right motivator..
Hahahahah
Came from the previous video. Damn! I don't even have a dog nor am I planning to get one anytime soon. But still gonna watch the whole series.
Ah, yes, the UA-cam clickhole
homie got neverending treats in his bag
Big fan of the DOG TRAINING FUNDAMENTALS series. Please keep it up. It's super helpful, well explained and crisp clear sound and video. Thank you!
For anyone reading this: I know that dog training can be difficult sometimes, but you're doing great. Keep up the good work, and your dog (and your own sanity) will thank you for it! ❤️💕
It's REALLY nice to see a training session that have little to no cut/edits. Can't wait for more training videos and THANKS

my compliments to the trainer. i always love to hear "set your dog up for success" + letting the dog think for itself - bc it's the best technique to reinforce the dog and make the knowledge stick!
I started to apply your techniques to my older stubborn dog as well as a new puppy and all I have to say is AMAZING!! I have never been able to get such a great response from my older dog like I did using your techniques!! Excellent videos, clear audio and straight to the point techniques. Seems like you trained me on how yo train lol
MAV70389 awesome! Please follow us on Facebook and IG. Tag us on any videos of your dogs.
As a trainer myself, I love your techniques!! Awesome👍😊
Linda Jorgensen thanks Linda! I know they’re not for everyone and that’s ok! Happy training!
How long should each session last? Can i do 2 sessions a day, spread out?
@@rheagarcia9229 yes, just keep sessions short. 👍
It's best to do several sessions a day, right?
@@hellfooliver1497 yes, several short sessions spread out is perfect. You want to keep it short and positive. Long sessions become tedious and counterproductive. 👍🐾
Keep up the good training videos with the use of dogs at different training levels and "stubborn" breeds.
A video I would like to see (especially for bigger dogs) is how to get them to walk beside you until you give them a release command - like at a dog park where you can then let them just run around.
Quick, effective and beautifully laid out. Thanks to Zeke and Oscar for doing this.
Genius and brave to use a stubborn breed for this.
channels like this makes UA-cam a beautiful thing
We are gtg a dog - a 10 month handsome hero, for the 1st time. Your Lessons 1 & 2, are easing out the anxiety already.
Thank you.
Loving these series. Bring on the next....
I Love this!
Great info and very well presented!
Great series . Congrats boys on a winner
I friggin really enjoy this series!! Can't wait for episode 3. Great job my brotha!!
Yes! Keep up the great work guys. Excellent videos.
This was a great help! Can’t wait for part 3.
Had no idea where to start and now I do
Thats incredible man. Awesome demonstration Oscar thank you. Cant wait the next lessons👍
Please do one where you train a stubborn dog how to heal! Love these videos 💞
These are the best training videos on UA-cam by far, please keep them coming! I subscribed for more.
Wow.. Same techniques i apply with my clients when i sell'en that life insurance lol
Great series. I'm a little unclear on 1) the difference between "yes" and "good" and 2) when the treat is given on the "good" command.
I am confused as well.
I would like clarification on this, as well.
"Yes" is breaking away he marks side to side indicating they can move around. "Good" is rewarded for them continuing an action that he wants
It's really nice to see him do the process with different dogs!
i like the fact that you guys are bringing in dogs that have some training but also adding the dogs who dont have any training it really gives people a since of what to expect when the dog is new to this type of training.
This is fantastic! I'm excited to try these techniques with my pup
Love the series! Thank you!!
Awesome training techniques for this noob! Thanks for sharing.
I love this series already! I’m getting a corso puppy in a couple weeks
Incredibly helpful to see both how experienced and new pups react to new training, so we don't hold unrealistic expectations with our own. Great content man, subbed!
That was an excellent demonstration. Best dog training series I've seen. Yeah, that was good folks... Thanks!
Fabulous training series! Thanks Zeke and Oscar! I love to train my dogs. There just is nothing better if you love dogs! It builds a great bond that lasts a lifetime, and the bonus is you end up with a wonderful dog. I'm looking forward to future videos.
Thank you so much for this series! It's laid out so well. I really appreciate you showing a more experienced dog and an inexperienced dog! It sets up a clear goal and really helps prevents frustration w the material. Getting a corgi puppy in a couple weeks and I can't wait to start with training 🥰
I love this series of videos and how it includes a trained dog at first and then you also show how it's gonna be with a less experienced dog! I'm gonna train my pup by learning from this series! Thank you very much ☺️
Definitely working this with my puppy. Thanks for the videos!
I love your training techniques. I’ve never trained my dogs but I’m going to start to. Milo’s beautiful
Best training series I've ever watched. Big ups from Ghana
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. You make it look simple and fun.
That was really helpful! I see so many recall training videos and every one of them skips over the part where when you say "come" and the distraction goes away! This will help so much for a lot of people! Well done!
This right here is super quality content. Most videos on UA-cam show dogs already with a perfect recall. Here, Zeke and Oscar are showcasing a dog with all the problems you would generally expect at home and showing how to troubleshoot it. Super thankful for this! Thanks Zeke! Keep it coming!
This guys is awesome, changed how how I train my puppies.
THANK YOU.
Loving dog training fundamentals!! Thank you so much!! So happy to have stumbled across this! Our almost yr old pup was bitten when young and since then hes developed some leash reactivity. Not extreme but noticable. These videos are not even about leash reactivity specifically but they are going to be of so much use for us!! Thank you thank you. Keep it up!!!
Loving the vids! Hopefully this one helps with my Dane. He’s smart but very stubborn, especially with his recall.
Great videos. I'm learning so much and enjoying the beautiful dogs.
Your tips are really helpful. Thank you for doing this.
Wow this is awesome. I hope for the third lesson!
Another good one. Thx. Keep'em come'in.
Awesome videos, loving this series!
I am really enjoying the dog training fundamental series. I find them very useful and everything is explained very well. I am looking forward to the rest of the series.
Thank you Google - Wonderful and very informative presentation!
Thanks so much! Best channel I found on UA-cam
Thank you so much for your videos ❤ I'm new at having a dog and this training documentary is helping me train him well :)
Love this channel and its content
Great vids. Just in time to train my 2 month old puppy rottweiler! Thank you very much and love from India!
I like that you show us an experienced dog the lesson and then follow on with a non experienced dog 👍so many UA-cam's out there showing lessons with experienced and well taught dogs. Thanks 🙏
I have 2 Bluetick Coonhounds and they already mastered Lesson 1! Keep it up!
Very much appreciate the help in training my samurai sammy!
What an absolutely brilliant channel, will help me with my German shepherd puppy a lot! Thank you so much :)
You guys are absolutely amazing!! The videos are so helpful. Def a new sub
This is the best help I've seen on UA-cam. Thank you so much. Working with my new 2ish y.o. border collie that an elderly friend asked me to take on. She's an awesome dog and knows some basic commands like sit, lay down, shake and stay but her recall is not good if there are distractions. Really smart dog though and I'm excited to be working with her.
I've had the most success with my puppy since taking the lessons from episode 1. I look forward to seeing the results from applying teachings from episode 2!
how long should a training session with your dog last
My dog mastered the first two lessons in a week, very proud of her (‘:
Ahh I’m so excited! My Frenchie has crazy leash aggression and just goes wild the minute we put a harness and leash on him- otherwise very well trained and behaved. We lost hope but I used the “Yes!” along with a few pointers from other leash aggression videos and he’s already showing progress after one training session! We only walked between three houses, but normally he would have pulled me out the door, this is going to work! Thank you!!!! You’ve saved my husband and I, but most importantly, it’s going to make my Morty’s life so much better and less anxious.
Great video! I'm Going to implement this in my training straight away
I always like to watch videos on dog training! I use «contact» instead of yes when i want my dog to focus on me. And i started to Get a perfect recall from day one where i want the dog to come and sit at my left side. Lucky to have a retriever thats is very food driven!
PLZ continue this series. The untrained dogs are AWESOME!
I think it’s so interesting that this dog can read your intention just by the energy you put into the marker. Obviously, he’s had some training, so it’s more obvious to him, but it’s cool to watch nonetheless. Thank you for instruction. I now have a clear understanding of what I need to work on!
It is awesome that you are willing to give us some of your training tricks for free. Thank you for your videos!
Best UA-cam Dog Channel ever!👊
As a trainer myself; I often evaluate other trainers to enhance my own training tool bag and approach. Well done. I love the fact you showed different dogs at different levels. I would like to see how you correct undesirable behaviors. Learned a few techniques through these videos. Thank you.
These videos are spot on thanks a lot for making them
Been working this, you don’t realize at the time how easy Michael Ellis makes this look. Takes a lot of short training sessions to get to going.
Super helpful video! Keep them coming!
Love these lessons.please keep them coming
Are we getting more of these? By far my favourite training videos I've seen, I really like how you guys train
That's a gorgeous bull dog. I love the colors
Following Extremely Keenly. Big Up Zique/Oscar
very good idea to make videos about the most important topic of having a dog or pet. To choose a breed is only the first step, the real work starts afterwards.
Im starting this today with a 4-month-old Shepard. I hope it starts a great journey
At long last real dogs I have my homework thank you keep them coming glad to know nothing happens instantly I can stop doubting my you german shepherd and myself
These are fantastic! Thank you
These are such great videos! I cant wait to try them out with our new german shepard baby 😍
Thanks for the lesson 👍🏾✌🏾
Great to see training with a 2 year old. We just rescued a 2 year old french bulldog. He’s a great dog but I’m hoping we can train him a little more.
Great work just started training my german shepherd puppy doing ok 👌
How you are doing it is just so great. I will try on my pups. Thanks for the video.
You guys are doing these videos right. Way more informative that other videos. You really break down these drills so the handler can execute them correctly. Maybe spend a little more time helping me the handler understand everything though. I can't set my dog up for success if I am not fully capable of running the drill.
Taken a really liking to this playlist. Hope for more videos
Awesome videos guys
Thanks Oscar 👍🏽
I love this series!!
Very good job of training videos!!!
Thanks for these videos
Amazing! I'll try these
Love this!!!
