Every time I see the black gloves I know something rusty and dull will be transformed into something shiny and beautiful. Wow! I wish I had all those fancy toys to restore my antique coffee grinder. This one came out so beautiful .
The sandblasting scene was *exquisite*. Most of the process on camera, especially the final bit of each piece (everyone leaves out the money shot!), AND regular sounds instead of stupid music over it. Absolute perfection. Every restorer needs to take pointers from this video.
Beautiful restoration! If you turn the knob in on the handled or crank side fly wheel it will draw the grinding burr's closer together to get a finer grind. You've probably figured that out by now. Thank you for posting!
There's something so cool about these old machines with the big hand crank wheels on them apart from being very useful they also look so very awesome as a display piece
Haven't seen you around in a while. Glad to see you still making these videos. The red almost looks like it belongs in a firehouse. Colorful! That is also one coarse grind. I guess some people liked their coffee ground coarse back in the day. I need mine to be extra fine ground lol!
I like that!! Excellent job restoring it it looks brand new again!! And you did a masterful job of restoring it as well!!! Can it be adjust to grind it finer?? Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
First I thought, not another coffee grinder 😑 but oke... wonderful restoration. I would like the drawer more when it was made totally out of wood though.
I love the new box it makes me wonder if someone knows how to cast something like that. I have some questions where is it from and how old is it I have seen most of other peoples restoration of coffee grinders but this one is the coolest looking one

I agree, I hate when they put music over the sounds of the work being done. This was a good build. and yes, I'm 9 months too late. :)
@davidfreeman6450 that's OK, this video was so good it's timeless!
it's about dang time! I was I was just trying to think about how to check on you and make sure all was well!

That was a great deal of irk for a cup of coffee. Good job, excellent workmenship.
You got all the cool tools
I think if you had the right tools, it would a been easier!😂 That was awesome.
Being a coffee drinker I can truley appreciate your effort in giving coffee a good name. Priceless work.
Lol, considering the coffee at the end is weak brown water; your comment makes absolutely no sense.
@@MattyK1873 WTF ARE YOU ?
Gorgeous! Nice work!
Precioso moledor de café, y maravillosas manos. 😊😊😊
Have good technique. Best regards from Panama 🇵🇦

Beautifully done ✔️

Magnificent restoration mate. Loved every minute of the video.

I was thinking the same thing about the coarse grind but it helps if you have crappy filters - it means less grinds find their way into your coffee.
Coarse grind is good for certain coffee makers... French Press and Percolater pots for the most part...
The red color is in keeping with the original color when the grinder was new.
👏👏belle restauration..atelier,très bien équipé 👍
Outstanding restoration. I even love the coffee mug. Yayyyyy!

Very Meticulous Work. I would have used new slothead skrews instead of Philips to keep with the Authenticity. 😊 But 99.9 % Thumbs Up 👍👌
