This might be dumb, but thank you for calling this a “fat loss journey” and not a “weight loss journey.” I’ve struggled with disordered eating so losing weight is not the healthiest way for me to frame things even though I want to lose fat. These videos are easy for me to watch without feeling bad about myself and getting back into my old habits.
You're hilarious and i love how down-to-earth you are... I'm not on any journey to lose or shed any weight but i love watching your tutorials and learning new things because you give good information. Plus, you make it worth it to watch you 🙂

Love this video! Thank you for admitting you struggle with consistency; that is my biggest issue too. How do you keep from getting tired of eating the same thing over and over? Whenever I meal prep I get bored after 3 days and end up at Taco Bell 😂
Haha! For the most part I’ve become immune to it. However, sometimes I do get bored of eating the same ‘ol things, but I usually meal prep every 3 to 4 days so it helps. Or I cook different sides so that I can make simple changes to my meals to prevent boredom.
How many days to you meal pre your rice for. Just asking cos I always see people doing a week of meal prep but bacteria grows so fast on rice. I can't see how u can doing for more that 2 day??

If you’re vegetarian or vegan definitely b12 or a b complex as you’re at much higher risk of deficiency, which can be fatal. Most people could benefit from a multivitamin and vitamin D. Otherwise you don’t really *need* to take any unless your doctor says you do. If you want to take some anyway just make sure to do your research!

You should rinse your rice until the water runs clear, it rids your rice of excess starch.
