Truck 50 Responding to 2 Calls (Screaming Q!)

Truck 50 responding first to assist Station 55 on a reported dwelling. On arrival the tower took the front of the house and checked to make sure there was no issue in the chimney. The cause of the reported smoke in the house was decided to be a malfunctioning stove. While cleaning up from that, an automatic alarm was dispatched on Willow Street Pike. The Truck turned around and responded to that which was also a false alarm. Willow Street Fire Company. Taken 10/14/18

You can see there were already 2 fire departments on scene that were slightly closer than us, but this wasn't a long drive at all. Only 4 minutes, and we were in a slow rig

The spinning thing you see in the front I believe is a roto ray. Its just lights to help people notice the truck. The Federal Q is a very loud siren.

Highway Man here in NY, those are rare to see. A few departments near me have them. They are not common. The Q is very common.
