Ride along with Barstow Fire Medic Engine 366 to a TC on the 15 freeway once arrived it turn out to be a non injured TC

No siren Only The engine sound

There were sirens. Not every time a siren is used.

If you listen very closely they had to ask dispatch if it was in the north or south lane looking at the map there's two different ways to get to the freeway that they were going
