I am very impressed with your community reactions to emergency vehicles. Almost always giving a predictable path. Its a beautiful and rare thing to have traffic know what to do. Keep rockin the camera.
That was a great ride along. Wish people here where I live respected and pulled over like they do there. I always pull out of the way when any emergency vehicle is within audible range. Y'all are heroes keep up the great work.
I work for a career department in Maryland the road in front of my station is like this and during the morning and the evening hours it is bumper to bumper. Great driving keep safe.
fcfdladder22 although the 4 lane road in front of my city's main fire station doesn't have that much traffic, we have a traffic light right in front of the station to stop traffic without the need to use the siren while leaving the station
@3:44..."how do we do this?" Well A big truck with sirens, lights and super loud air horns could be why! And with the combination, people should halt to flashing lights and use common sense to let rescuers do their thing. SAVE people!
with SO little traffic on the road I guess we wouldn't have switched the siren on except for the intersections at 2:00, 2:48 and 3:40. In city traffic our average (!) speed is at 40 mph with the big trucks.
Love the video but I wish rush hour traffic was like that here in Tampa Florida where I work. Rush hour for us is crazy, basically speeds of 20 and under. Heavy heavy traffic.
FireExplorerPC I love the night shifts at my EMS station, heading into the city while rush hour heads the other direction, and same thing in the morning. At least on the highway I can keep to 130 to 140 mph heading to the station
+allcot I'm in the city of Regensburg, Free State of Bavaria, Germany. Heading to the station at 130 mph isn't in case of an alarm, but my normal cruising speed when I'm heading to my shift (or for something else at another place). Well, it's not that fast ... among the fast ones I'm rather travelling at an average speed ^^
+AJ Deere T680 I'll try to make one soon. For our electric siren we have a control box with on/off, volume, mode, etc. switches and for the mechanical (Federal Q) siren we have a pedal on both the driver and officer side floorboards along with a pedal for the air horn.
+HaydenVlogs our tanker has a pedal for air horns, our rescue has a push button for the Q on the officer side, and the horn button in the steering wheel is for the driver to control the Q. air horns are on a chain hanging from the roof
Some excellent driving here with the driver not taking any prisoners !! for sure I would this driver to be coming to my house if I have a Fire and am an ex UK Fireman ( when it was Firemen ) Take care out there
Titto, Theres snow outside and who knows how cold it is. They were going to a daycare if i remember correctly. I am sure the first guy on scene made sure it was safe not to evac. I wont put young children and babies in the cold unless i have too.

Considering the crew was stumped as to how that happened, that leads me to think that is a rare occurrence there too.
Gotta love the south.
it's north Raleigh.....very nice place to live.
Awesome job of the driver of this fire truck and all drivers that respond to these emergencies. Thank you.
the sounds of lives being saved its beautiful
Very impressed with the way road users clear well out of the way upon seeing your approach.
Very good driving in traffic. Bravo to the driver and the passenger for siren operations 👌

Thank you for everything ya'll do to policemen to firefighters and people in the army fighting for our freedom #respect
Love your videos, I have been watching them all night! Don't stop making them!
Adam Owens I'm glad you're enjoying them. I release a new one every two weeks and some good ones coming up soon.
The newer trucks have a transmitter in them that help signal the lights too turn green
Damn that truck goes from 0 to 70 in a hurry, did not expect that much agility from a fully loaded diesel truck...
Starting at 3:36, he's enjoying that WAY TO MUCH... lol.. that laugh is hilarious too

Thanks you too fcfdladder22

Impressive use of that middle lane!
Is it sad that I've watched these videos so much, I know which turns are used the most often? XD Great driving though!
no its awesome
Wow a great piece of driving
I Could Tell that Engine 1 Is the best of all trucks
Sounds like raw power, nice ride!
Americans are so bad ass drivers!
@3:44..."how do we do this?" Well A big truck with sirens, lights and super loud air horns could be why! And with the combination, people should halt to flashing lights and use common sense to let rescuers do their thing. SAVE people!
This video should be material for driving lesson schools..."How do i react to sirens and emergency vehicles."...

why sometimes opposite side of the road stop when you passing by,its not like they blocking your path.
If you knew you were responding to a day care.Boy your stomach had to be in knots.
Looks pretty outside
Love the video but I wish rush hour traffic was like that here in Tampa Florida where I work. Rush hour for us is crazy, basically speeds of 20 and under. Heavy heavy traffic.
FireExplorerPC I agree I am stuck on the Veterans expressway everyday in Tampa.

+EnjoyFirefighting - International Emergency Response Videos You drive a 130 mph going to your station. What city are you stationed at.

MPH or KPH?
Im always stuck in manhattan even though i live in brooklyn and were you driving
Hey can you make a video of how they control the siren?
+AJ Deere T680 I'll try to make one soon. For our electric siren we have a control box with on/off, volume, mode, etc. switches and for the mechanical (Federal Q) siren we have a pedal on both the driver and officer side floorboards along with a pedal for the air horn.
+B. Mills Im Interested in the pedals :) If u make the video can i have a shout out? Thanks
+AJ Deere T680 I am too! I don't know if it is weird. Actually I didn't know if anyone else was interested too
Well i am:)
+HaydenVlogs our tanker has a pedal for air horns, our rescue has a push button for the Q on the officer side, and the horn button in the steering wheel is for the driver to control the Q. air horns are on a chain hanging from the roof
that siren sounds like a combination of the q2b and the eq2b
They are very different actually
Some excellent driving here with the driver not taking any prisoners !! for sure I would this driver to be coming to my house if I have a Fire and am an ex UK Fireman ( when it was Firemen ) Take care out there
"Evacuation is not in progress" ooooo someone's in trouble
Titto,
Theres snow outside and who knows how cold it is. They were going to a daycare if i remember correctly. I am sure the first guy on scene made sure it was safe not to evac. I wont put young children and babies in the cold unless i have too.
@@thomasmarks5497 I think a firealarm is a good reason to evacuate even if its cold outside lmao
what department
Damn yall were hauling and what fire department is this
3:44 what did he said.
Are your fire trucks limited on top speed like the United kingdom?
+BENJI Bowman All of ours are governed to 68 mph. Thanks for watching
it really depends on the individual company really, I know our big water tanker tops out at 85 mph.
+Rick1885 and our engines will easily do 70.
ai, with their foot
U should bring your go pro when you leave the truck with you
+Matt MacLauchlin I just started filming with a helmet camera so there will be on scene footage coming soon. Thanks for watching
Cool
NC REPRESENT!
