If you go to bed at midnight (12am), you still have to wake up at 5am even if you only get 5 hours of sleep, 3 hours of sleep, or 2 hours of sleep. Have a set wake up time to beat the competition. 7-9 hours of sleep is ideal but fuck optimal when you’re broke.

Nah I’ll stick to taking testosterone cypionate. We go off blood work. Average man is pumping out 300-1,000 nano grams per deciliter a month. Average American, 400-500. That’s still low. You can do all those things and your levels will still be under 800. I take one vial a week of test c of a 250mg 10mL vial, that’s 2,500mg of test a week. On that note, I’m getting 5x the normal man’s test levels, just from a 35$ vial of test c. Well worth the money.
I got a test done on me to calculate amount of fat%. I'm at 12.7% but no visible abs unless I flex hard. Why in the hell? Btw im 5'7", weight 150 lbs and bench 190 lbs
There is no proof that working out increase male testosterone. If you didn’t know men in the past before 1960 never really workout and yet still obtain high testosterone than today. It’s all diet and genetics.
