    Sir I’m from medical field and i can say that your all information is partially correct but many research shows that increased testosterone level will start to drop again after 12-13 days of no sexual activities inspite of many research concluded that no fap just increase testosterone temporarily but eventually it will drop back to the normal levels..Eating good and balanced diet with good quality fats, Take enough vitamin D and zinc, Lift heavy as much as possible , have good 7-8 hours sound sleep, Have stress free life(Because high cortisol levels decrease testosterone level) is much more effective than no fap. If you do all that but at the end genetics plays big role in your testosterone levels because some may have very high level of testosterone but their free testosterone level is very low due to high levels of androgenetic binding receptors like DHT.     The first tip is half right. While abstinence does increase ur test, it's only temporarily and will eventually go back to normal or when you are sexually active. We were built to have lots of sex so having abstinence does not permanently increase test.

    I've tried to research it, but the evidence is pretty inconclusive. The study you cited is one of the only bits of literature on the effects of abstinence, it has a sample size of only 28 volunteers and i'm pretty sure the publication retracted it. If there's any other studies or research i'd be interested in reading it, but it's pretty far from a "guarantee".

    I do it 4 times at least and still my testosterone level is 432.
    For comparison, sports men have 500+ and bodybuilders have 600+. So for non athletes 400+ is enough.
    Lower than 280 is bad.
    Do blood test not NoFab.
    By the way, I didn't eat properly since a few days still my level was good which means after eating properly it will increase.

    From everything I've read abstinence does not increase testosterone. in fact, bedroom time with a woman lowers cortisol levels which allows for more production of testosterone.     nofap/abstinence should really be a individual experiment because the research is a bit unreliable as a 28 men sample is extremely low. Furthermore its a short term solution. For long term results excercise and dietary control will be more 10x more effective than nofap/abstinence ever will be

      @@ayaan6624yes of course. and also u will sleep lesser than before for example if before u sleep 7to8 hours but if u took steroid or naturally ur testosterone level is higher than u will also sleep lesser than before like no more than 5 to 6 hours because sleeping also sign of weakness and tiredness and the higher testosterone in our body the more quickly we're going to recover from exercise and u will exercise longer with higher testosterone level

    Yeah, i have experienced that. If you keep interval of 7 days you feel nothing after ejaculation no energy loss, and other deficiencies. You'll feel normal but if you want extraordinary results you should keep as much as you can.

    It doesn’t work like that the testosterone will fall again after 7 days to normal range also if someone has 300mg testosterone than it will consider as low with someone who has having 700+mg this all depends on genetics or luck
