    top 3 exercises for complete tricep training and same for biceps.. i wanna add this in my PPL workout.. par kuch samajh ni aata ki kab konsa lagana hai.. youtube wale PPL plans ka bicep tricep workout kahi na kahi kam lagta hai.. sirf 2 exercise for tricep

    The best way to do reverse extension for triceps aka kickbacks is to lay facedown on low incline bench, get elbows back behind the line of body and extend. Further, the cable variation to it is also effective.
