- As we edge towards Christmas we have a few luxury stops at Caravan and Motorhome Club sites in Cirencester and Winchester. At this time of year, they lower their prices and become economical against the alternative of running heating on gas. We use these locations as bases to stroll into Cirencester and ride the bus to Winchester.
In Winchester we experience the hustle, bustle and ambience of Britains 6th best Christmas Market and I (Kath) decide to be a little naughty by sampling some unhealthy Christmas treats.
This is episode 104 in a series of videos cataloguing our post retirement adventures. We are Kath and Sue and we are travelling the UK with our two dogs Archie and Fudge and living full time in our Burstner Elegance Motorhome. We have given up conventional living for a new van-life, enjoying the freedom of the road and plenty of time outdoors taking in the beautiful countryside the UK has to offer.

We used to have 2 cocker spaniels who travelled in a trailer attached to my bike but converted into a pushchair when it was off the bike. We found itbrilliant when we were around shops & cafes but the dogs were photographed every single time we went out, they loved it they were like film stars. ❤❤
🤣🤣🤣it’s amazing how many people spoke to us just because of Archie in his Buggy. Although your spaniels sound as though they were born film stars. Archie’s a bit of a diva. 🙏🤗🚌❤️

Amazing to see you at Cirencester 🎉 Used to live near by a decade ago, and would enjoy Boxing Day walks in the great park… mind you we always encountered the local Fox Hunting mob - so lucky you didn’t have to endure that ! 🦊
