Lovely video fudge being tempted by food smells reminded me about my previous retreiver bolted off in a park where they had a cafe i finally found her in the kitchen where they were cooking sausages hence we both got a big telling off 😂❤
Yet another wonderful video of my favourite place on the planet. Thank you ladies. We've had many a wonderful walk up to the Emerald Loch; it's a wonderfully mystical area isnt it? Dont go swimming in the Emerald Loch thiugh or even led your poochies in as its full of leeches 🫣. We're heading back up to Glenmore for 10nights in October and we're counting down the days. Its about time the Funicular reopened been out of use for too many years, I know it reopened in 2023 but it then closed again due to snagging issue, fingers crossed this time it has a successful reopening. We're (hopefully) retiring in 4 or 5 years and we've always had in mind we could move up to the Cairngorm area so cant wait to hear all about your prospective house move. Good luck with that and as ever thanks for posting the fab video. Gav

The campsite at Glenmore isn't as good as it used to be. We love it in the Cairngorms and pinkies crossed we'll be back in October. Did you walk upto the Bothy? The Pinemarten is a favourite of ours the skinny fries and a few pints of Cider go down well after a walk. Edit. Was the midgie re0pelar any good?
Yes we did have a walk to Utsi’s Hut if that’s the one you mean. In fact if you check out Suzy Bee Travels channel she has just put a video out as we walked together, but stick around for next weeks video as I have also filmed our little expedition. Not sure on the midgie repellant it’s hard to prove a negative, but I didn’t get bitten. I will keep using it and hopefully can give a proper verdict after several more uses. 🙏🤗🚌❤️
Not entirely sure yet. Hard to prove a negative. I didn’t get bitten but I also didn’t notice too many midges so it may have been a good day. I am going to keep using it so I’ll be able to give a better view in time. Back south now though so could be a while. Looks like we could be close neighbours soon. Will DM you. Xx
