UPDATE ... I have been persuaded by the science that washing the chicken is a BAD thing to do, on account of the risk of spreading germs. I'm sorry about the misinformation and have amended my methodology accordingly.

Brilliant recipe and video mate! I will definitely try that on my weber kettle! One small suggestion, from my wife who is a microwave expert, when heating your plates in the microwave, put a damp paper towel between them to avoid the plates EXPLODING!! Keep up the good work!!!

Ha, WWYK? Or even WWYWK?? MY friends have been in hospitality for centuries and have never used damp paper and have never had an explosion! So Ha!
