I had the same problem with my smart tv samsung.
I use something I try it with an other old samsung (not smart) and worked very good since now.
In Both cases... with the hair drier I use hot air at the top back of TVs coverage and the openings there for few moments where the electronics circuits are placed for the screen.
And the tv is fixed.
I didn't know anything about smart tvs and how to fix them. But in an older video I have seen one day a guy to see if the problem of a electric devise is the broken converter, used hot air on it with the drier. So I did the same. I blow hot air to the old tv everywhere on circuits after remove the coverage and it fixed for only for few hours but the problem not fixed.
After many attempts to several points I found out that on top of the tv where the circuit are, the hot air fix the problem permanently to the old tv. So I try it to smart tv and it fixed again....
I search about it and I found that because the circuits are made by a robotic machine some times the connections are not good. So the hot air helps the connections work properly or humidity is causing the problem or dust is on them and causing problems with the screen. I dont know if it works in all cases or for how long... but try it you have nothing to loose.
It works for me twice.
On smart tv with out remove the coverage. And steel working good.
