Thank you very helpful! I'm thinking of buying the Samsung (UN43DU7100FXZC) - 2024 but I wonder if I will be able to cast to stream some movies. Not Mirroring, but casting. I use to have a toshiba Chromecast, it was very easy, it died yesterday :(

I've had a QN90B for a year now, and for the most part, the settings on RTINGS have been pretty good. But with things like blacks, everything black was the same shade of black, even if it was pinstriped. But after upgrading my phone to the Galaxy S10e 2 weeks ago, I was able to use the Smart Calibration tool. Holy crap... what a difference! Blacks now have separation, skin tones no longer have a yellowish tinge, and colors overall are more balanced. It defaults SDR to 150 nits, but I find that a little dim still, especially in darker scenes. But after setting it to 200 nits, it's perfect. I can see details in dimmer scenes, and blooming is almost completely gone. It even did the HDR settings. I wish I did this a year ago. 🙃
Love your videos and I really hope you get this: We’re looking for a budget TV with smooth clear picture being the most important thing as well as a decent UI. I’m stuck between the Hisense U6, LG UQ75 and the TCL Q6, all being 65”. In your opinion, which one of these has the best overall picture quality and least amount of reflection/lag? I really appreciate the guidance here because I’m at a fork in the road.

very insightful, I am on the fence between a Sony X75 or CU7000. the sound from the SONY seems louder than the Samsung but I am unsure since the store was very noisy last night

Great video. Especially useful was the ‘how to delete tv channels’ - also from there was adding favourites, which is useful. Just one thing bugging me! Can you customise the junk that gets displayed under “On Now”? None of the useless channels on there are ones I’d ever watch, so without the option to remove this feature, can it be changed? thanks!
Worked this out for myself. If anyone else is bugged by the garbage fed to you by "On Now", go into Samsung TV Plus, hold down the right button on the smart remote to bring up the edit channels screen, select all and Delete all the Samsung TV Plus channels (I just kept Red Bull TV) . For some reason "On Now" doesn't feature any channels you have left.. it just DISAPPEARS! Desired effect!
Wow! unbelievably Samsung restores the crap channels back to TV Plus a few days after they are deleted. What a damn cheek!

On my Samsung tv QN900A - the Set Up Voice Assistant is showing a Blank menu ( with No Bixby, Siri, Alexa on it ).
I have unplugged the tv for more than 5 min and its still blank.

How does one get into the service menu to disable bluetooth support?
I know theres a line of code that i need to change from "true" to "false" to make up for the poor design choice of not having an off button for bluetooth connectivity.
Ive gotten ~100 pairing requests since i got this TV and it amazes me how a company like samsung can overlook something like this...
You will have to Google search that,, I don't promote that on the channel, it's a high liability risk
@@TechSteve yes definitely a risk if you make a mistake and probably voids warranty, i wouldnt reccomend it either but got to wits end. So far no problems and issue is solved.
The little solar remote that comes with the new Samsung TV's is worthless.
First thing I did was order the bigger remote with all the buttons on it from Amazon.
Problem solved.

I just bought this Samsung 75” and o can’t find a port to hookup my soundbar & tried BT, the TV says it’s connected but it’s not

I have a samsung smart tv.... does anyone else experience horrible I mean HORRIBLE lag between the remote and the TV. I mean it is bad...like 10 seconds to load a page? I already did the update. And OMG when I use the 'internet' feature it is slow as a snail! I kid you not. I'm trying to scroll through pluto program menu and it's really laggy. Is that because they put a cheap a** cpu in there? I thought roku was bad...roku is just ad after ad after ad..and when you have turn off so many ads it will say you have removed as many ads allowed today... just a real POS!! So, I got a samsung. It has apps you did not ask for, did not want, did not download and you can't remove them FU samsung!! and the remote comes with proprietary buttons for streaming service I WILL NEVER USE!! I freaking hate disney lol. I wonder how much money samsung got for actually imprinting those stream buttons on the remote.... what a POS corporation. I will rank samsung down there with microsoft as far as POS corporations...thank you for the video :)

@@user-jq5qr2wl4t Cuz it's a roku? IDK... but, I will give samsung a +1 because the TV does support kb/m. This roku is just as bad as the samsung. Ads... adding items to your home screen that you do NOT want and will never watch...etc... they're basically data mining tools for these corporations. Slimey lowlife multi-billion dollar corporations..... nuff said..
