Frozen veg is wonderful. Thanks for the demo. Also you can freeze left over veggies when you use fresh. Just dice up the rest of that onion, carrot, broc. cauliflower and put it in a freezer safe jar or bag and eat it tom or the next day or the next month. You can freeze fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basically every herb and piece of left over food that you would throw away. Even the green stalks on cauliflower are delicious steamed or baked. Just clean them up and try them. They're great.

idk how well freezing your own vegetables would work. Normally they're frozen with liquid nitrogen to minimize cell wall damage, while a freezer could take take hours meaning more cell wall damage and more mushy vegetables.

I just put frozen broccoli in the oven preheated at 450 for 12 minutes, and it still came out soggy and watery.
Any ideas? Do I need an air fryer? Do I need to leave it in longer?
The trick is you need to spread the veggies out on your pan if you just throw the frozen veggie on your pan and pop them in the oven the water that starts coming off of them will get them soggy so to avoid that what i do is put my veggies in a cast iron skillet spread them out a good a mount so when that water starts to melt it wont make them soggy
Love it but by cooking that long aren't we losing lots of the nutrients that we gained by freezing? I love frozen but your right they could still be cold or we over cook. Can't let then come to room temp because we get mush.

What evere you want just don’t over do the salt. I enjoy garlic powder, white pepper, himalayan salt, fresh garlic, and usually squeeze fresh lemon or lime on them when they’re done.
Spike has a veggie seasoning that is really good
