Actually frozen veggies have more micro nutrients. They are picked when fully ripe, and flash frozen. Fresh veggies are typically picked before ripeness, because they have to be transported.
Besides picking fresh and cooking the same day, frozen is the best and most nutrient dense way to buy vegetables. 👍

I have two air fryers, I never thought about taking frozen veggies and putting them in their. I was surprised when you took them out of the fryer! Looks like no more soggy lousy boiled veggies from now on. Thanks for the tip!

During Covid19 lockdown in the UK I've started using frozen veg but not always successfully. An airfryer sounds like the answer. Thanks for the experiment :)
Hope it works for you. I purchased one to cut down on heat from the oven in the kitchen: Avg temp this week is 95 with a heat index of 105.
I hate frozen broccoli but it's sooo convenient, gonna try air frying.
hows that range hood over your stove work? Does it suck up alot of the smoke and oil fumes despite being kinda far from the stovetop?

Did you dry the vegetables first before putting them in the air fryer and what temperature did you use?
Try 360°F Hard to go wrong, and you can tweak it as you go, according to your Air Fryer. (Jot it down once you find the time/temp that works best for your particular AF). Example: I do hard “boiled” eggs in my air fryer 17 min at 255°F So easy. Have probably fixed 5 dozen air fryer boiled eggs over the past year. So easy, just lay them on the rack and walk away. No worries about boiling dry, or having to watch them. I haven’t had one egg to break yet.
