@@fadelaidali4818 Voici pour vous : Personnellement, je vais cuire cette recette dans une friteuse à air, style Actifry. 250 g de pommes de terre 50 g de brocolis 2 carottes, soit 200 g 1 oignon, soit 85 g 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive 2 cuillères à soupe de maïzena 1 cuillère et demie à café d'herbes mélangées (romarin, origan et thym) 1/2 cuillère à café d'ail en poudre 1/2 cuillère à café de poivre 1/2 cuillère à café de sel Couper les pommes de terre en gros cubes et les mettre dans un saladier. Couper les brocolis en morceaux et les ajouter aux pommes de terre dans le saladier. Eplucher les carottes, les couper en deux dans le sens de la longueur puis faire des grosses tranches. Les ajouter dans le saladier. Eplucher et émincer l'oignon. Le mettre dans le saladier. Arroser l'ensemble avec les trois cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive. Mélanger le tout pour bien enrober. Mettre deux cuillères à soupe de maïzena dans un plus petit saladier. Ajouter les herbes mélangées, l'ail, le sel et le poivre. Bien mélanger le tout. Verser sur les légumes et mélanger pour bien enrober. Cuire dans une friteuse à air sur le programme adéquat pendant 15 à 20 minutes. Je pense que je vais faire cette recette pour le déjeuner d'aujourd'hui.

Bon, personnellement je vais tout mettre quand même dans la friteuse à air en même temps, on verra bien ce que çà donne. Mais je pense que, dans une poêle, c'est aussi une bonne idée, en commençant évidemment, par les légumes qui mettent plus de temps à cuire et en rajoutant les autres légumes au fur et à mesure. Toutefois, les pommes de terre et les carottes doivent approximativement avoir le même temps de cuisson. Je serais plus prudente avec les brocolis qui, eux, cuisent plus vite.
Made this today with sweet potatoes as opposed to potatoes. Yummy placed in the oven as recommended and then I broiled for 10 minutes. Yummy I can’t believe I ate them all. 😂

If u mix the spices with the oil, the oil blocks the spices to get into the vegetables. Never mix them. Even with chicken , spice it first then brush it with oil when u are roasting it.
